Its been a week i contacted my bank and no attempted transfers to my account. LeoVegas says that i should have received the money by now . Now they keep saying they have sent it to the relevant department for further investigation and they will email me soon with an update. Which has never happened. The live support has been fairly quick and helpful on most matters but with it taking this long i am getting worried i wont receive my winnings. I should have used the e-transfer option for withdrawal i guess. Has anyone else had this issue? Link to comment
Jabs Posted 23 March, 2021 Share Posted 23 March, 2021 I was in a similar situation, Casino said that they sent me the money, after a few weeks i checked my banks savings account (i normally dont deposit from this), wouldnt you know money was transferred here, one day after my withdrawal, and i was thinking i was scamed. If you deposit using Trustly and are given several accound options to choice from, things like this could happen. Anyway, LeoVegas are trustworthy Link to comment

I should have used etransfer never an issue but the amount was to much to withdraw the full amount with e-transfer withdrawal Link to comment
gypsycream26 Posted 23 March, 2021 Share Posted 23 March, 2021 They seem an alright Casino and i have a membership with them and 1 other only , i rarely use Leo account though as i did not get any free spins on my first deposit and they never ever offer any incentives to me to entice me to deposit. My other Casino offers me daily freebies , better odds , competitions and more hence i only deposit with them now. I have contacted the support multiple time one guy telling me they are waiting for a response from the provider gigadat and the next telling me they haven't had a chance to look into it and that i could possibly contact gigadat for more information . I contacted Gigadat and they informed me that there are no transaction with my name , email, or any of my information linked to it . I keep getting the same generic response of it has been forwarded to the relevant department wait for a email response . Really wishing i would have been more patient and just did seperate e-transfer withdrawals for the total amount never an issue there . Link to comment

Ive contacted them once a day all week about the issue and they still haven't even looked into it and given me any update. I'm sure if it was the other way around they would be much faster. They apparently use InPay. I am contacting support once per day and getting the same response that the processor provider has not got back to them. This is pretty poor service by the processors - if this is the case. As it's been 13 days for me now, I'm pretty worried, frustrated, and annoyed. I can't understand why videoslots aren't on the phone with InPay and blasting them for taking so long. It all feeds back into their reputation - not just in being able to do fast withdrawals but actually fix issues when they arise. Link to comment

My money finally arrived on monday .I forsure wont be using bank transfer anymore. I withdrew again yesterday using e-transfer and my money arrived this afternoon . I dunno why bank transfers are so slow and the casinos dont have any idea where the money is though . But i would be trying a different method if i were you. Link to comment

Few days ago i split my withdrawal into 2 , one to skrill and one to VISA just to see which one comes first lol, both arrived at the same time after rizk Processed my withdrawal . Link to comment
