BluVegas Casino - Won't pay out my € 1.550 winnings due to breaching dodgy bonus terms

I made a €100 deposit and accepted the welcome bonus and started playing various slots. I checked the list of games which didn't contribute to bonus wagering and saw that Razor Shark was also on that list. I had already played 100 spins before I went on to another game. It paid like shit so went on to TNT Tumble and Temple Tumble. That went a whole lot better and I ended up  with € 1.550 when the wagering was complete. I requested a withdrawal but next day it got cancelled and my deposit was returned. When I asked livesupport they told me that I breached the bonus terms which say:

*Slot games: -big list of slots incl. Razor Shark- ,Table/Live casino games are restricted during bonus wagering and your winnings will be voided if you wager on any of the above mentioned games.

I know I should have been more careful and I can kiss my winnings goodbye but I find this very lame tbh. I didn't even win on the only restricted game I played. Many casino's simply won't allow you to open those restricted games or display a warning while trying to open them. Be very, very careful when accepting a bonus here.

€1500 mistake. Why do you play at such dog shit casinos. Always looking for that free €100. Three quarters of these casinos are set up to obliterate fools.

Their message that you showed is crystal clear son , they have done nothing wrong in my eyes , be ultra careful next time and make sure you read all terms and conditions , still a shame though about losing your winnings    😞

yeah, the reality is though that if they were a reputable casino, they shouldnt let you open up excluded slots - so even if it is in their terms, its still really scummy what they have done.
