Probably for the best, to stop Playing on jokerstars Vegas.... Playing from germany, always buy in With Euro, casinocurrency is also Euro, but i always lose about 2% of  My buy in Right away. In Play i also lose from time to time Money, That i havent bet. all in all i lose about 6 to 10 % of my buy in on a Slot Session without Betting it. i wanted to Talk to Live Support, After one Hour of Waiting i wrote them per Mail, First answer was a hike, unfriendly and non informative. Second answer was better, but still the explanation is Not satisfying. Although, Playing Games like Book of dead oder Legacy of dead, in the middle of a Spin the Game Reloaded itsself, Not knowing the Outcome but showing per Example a Bonus Situation, but Doesnt count as such. That also Happens more often, explanation also Not satisfying, all in all unfriendly, unsatisfying and Not Worth Playing anymore

I've had exact same problem, deposit £50 receive £47.xx. Then noticed yesterday playing 20p spins every third spin took an extra 1/2p.

Its where I've lost most money recently playing only 20p stake for the tournaments, which is crazy cos everywhere else I play 80p-£1.20 and lose less. Still like the place, can't beat daily tournaments but games are really flaky, freezing up and restarting, doesn't help they open in a separate window which need to be 'focused' at all times (music stops if clicking anywhere else) which makes duel screens pointless.

There is a new tactic being used by online casinos. They can’t intervene with the slot providers servers so they use software that realizes a big win is about to happen and it crashes you out of the game and forces you to reload the game. People are loosing thousands and going to zero faster then ever. The worst part is that most players are betting the minimum but still loosing a fortune.

Well have to repost cos seems I had preffered currency set to USD, so obviously took a little each time it exchanged from £ to $. Now I've set it to GBP I don't lose anything on deposit or per spin. 

My own fault but still thinking about all the money wasted by having the wrong settings (20+ deposits and tens of thousands of spins), I assumed I had it set as £ cos that's what showed up when playing.
