So I had to sort the mess of my sister depositing with her boyfriends paypal out.... fun.......
She thinks in future if she wins still and deposits again with her card she'll get paid although terms already have been broke? I've advised her not to deposit any further here, shit site anyway.

however I found some interesting terms that was a little sketchy or possible point of interest?

7. Prohibited Behaviour

7.1 To use and access our Services, you are not permitted (and it is prohibited) (each a “Prohibited Behaviour”) to:

  • 7.1.1 use money belonging to anyone else to play Games (please note that we reserve the right to suspend the use of Third-Party Cards);
  • 7.1.2 spend money that you cannot afford;
  • 7.1.3 play with us if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs (whether legal, prescribed or illegal)

Ok so note in bold 7.1.3;
scenario 1; I deposit £1,000 I lose it all however I had 2 beers during that session I'm allowed money back?
scenario 2; I was prescribed pain killers because of my bad back, I lost £1,000 am I allowed money back?
scenario 3; the casino believes you are under the influence of alcohol at the time of playing at their website and won't pay out (how on the earth do they prove that)...

The funny thing is when you goto buzz bingo halls there is a bloody bar there that serves alcohol are people entitled to money back there because of the same sort of rules online terms?

Why are casinos trying to catch so many people out now days for pathetic excuses?

@Skylined87 @dirtystack any ideas?

All of these are from the YOU perspective, not the WE(as in the company) perspective.

If any of these are broken the fault lies solely with YOU, not WE(the company)

The online casino would never say that they "believe" xxxx player was intoxicated, under the influence - it is just to protect them from a customer contacting them and saying:

"hey, when I lost that £1k I was really drunk, can I have it back?"

Because of the prohibited behaviour terms they can say "you can't have been drunk/high because you are not allowed to play here when drunk/high, if you were here playing after accepting the T&C then you can't have been drunk/high"

It gives them a legal way out, if someone is on the site playing then, as far the casino is concerned, that player must be in control of his senses as the T&C had been accepted, therefore, the player can not be drunk/high, otherwise they would not be there.

The live setting is a bit different due to the social/professional interactions the host has a duty of care/social responsibility to those on the premises. First part of the duty of care is the observation of the patrons to ensure everyone is in control. If an issue arises then all the departments are chased up for information and a decision is made - in my experience it is usually the day after that people contact saying they were not in control. On the night, when you are out of control, you are not really going to have the presence of mind to say "hey, I'm out of control"

Casinos are pretty clued up though and normally customers have their alcohol cut off, encouraged to eat something, take a break, sent home. By sending home I mean we ensure they get home safely in a cab, company car, or whatever as the duty of care/social responsibility we have doesn't stop when they leave the premises.

So basically, '' I was drunk I want a refund '', casino; refer to terms. you won't be getting a refund etc.

I haven't played here or deposited or cried I just found these terms I come over and wasn't sure lol
