Casino group locking ALL accounts.

So i play at the same casino group, as they are quick with withdrawals, their bonuses are good, and once withdrawn you can not reverse.

playzee, dreamvegas, casilindo, casimba, playgrand, and grandivy

Tonight they have locked ALL of my accounts. I spoke to playzee customer support as this is when i 1st found out my account(s) was locked. All they have offered me as a reply is they will be in contact, and its just standard process to 'protect their players'.

It's really confused me, protect us from what? They wouldn't answer this question, just standard copy and paste answer that their relevant department will contact me by email.

I've been playing at these sites for almost a year now, all fully verified. Made many deposits (10k+) and withdrawals (about 6k) from all. Including my latest BIG win on playgrand which was a 4k withdrawal, which went through with no problems and was in the bank yesterday.

Could someone shed some light on this for me to put my mind at rest, i just don't understand.

WHG loves banning people , I am not banned as I rarely take any bonuses as a table game player but have seen many people getting banned and posting on the forums. If they don't like players using bonuses why offer them in the first place

Reason is he made a withdrawal and probably used bonus , looks like they believe some players are pro slot players lol

Bad faith apparently, I have questioned their decision but tbh i don't really care it's their loss at the end of the day. I've spent ALOT more than i have withdrew in the last 12 months so i'm not even going to argue with them. Other than the £30 odd i still have in credit at one of the sites. Other than that my balances are all zero.

4.2 In the event of any of the warranties outlined in clause 4.1 (Registering Your Account) being false, your stake will be forfeited, and we shall not be obliged to pay any winnings. We may also report the matter to the police, parents (in relation to underage gambling) and the appropriate regulatory authority."

 

We further reference clause 13 of our terms and conditions, which confirms that we reserve the right to close your account at anytime and for any reason and further provides that where you are in breach of any of the warranties that, we shall void any winnings.

 

Therefore, the following action has been taken:

 

1. Your account has been terminated with immediate effect.

2. You are banned from the group.

3. Any winnings accrued/ remaining balances have been confiscated.

Kindly note that If you attempt to open any further accounts on the Network they will be terminated, and any funds accumulated will be confiscated. I had my bonus privileges withdrawn after I played across all WHG sites with bonuses only... They offered the daily bonuses on a few of the sites (30/50% deposit matches with wagering on cash and bonus), after a month of doing that and being up an awful lot for me (£7k in a month and half), I spoke to live chat as to why a daily bonus was not available and they advised that I was no longer allowed to use bonuses on any of the groups casinos... Why offer so many if they don't like us using them?

White Hat gaming casinos are scummy to the core - if anyone reads these threads, dont open an account with them.  In the past, I opened an account at 4 of their casinos, took a bonus at each, and lost my deposit - all in £800.

I opened an account at a fifth, Dreamvegas, took a bonus, won £1k, and made a withdrawal.  A massive £200 in profit with their group.  I shit you not, they left my withdrawal on pend for 10 days, during which time it was reversible.  After 10 days they contacted me to say that I was abusing bonuses, and that they had banned me from taking any more bonuses at their casinos.

A few days more passed, they finally paid my £1k.

We all know, that if i hadn't won, i wouldn't be bonus banned. and could have opened 10 more accounts easy - they are so bad.  How they got a UKGC license is beyond me.
