Evolve Casino Balance Lost

Hello,

I was playing today at evolve casino, i had a pending withdraw of 1800 euro from my first deposit bonus.

And i was playing whit the 3d deposit bonus whit a balance of around 600 euro when the game crashed, they had canseled my withdrawal of 1800 euro because of rejected document. I clicked my profile and saw that my balance now was 2400 something whit 1800 real balance and 600 something in bonus balance. So i wanted to continue playing so i reapplied the withdrawal of 1800 euro, and was going to fix the documents that was rejected while i continued to wager my active bonus. but when i withdrew the 1800 again the active bonus was canseled and the 600 euro balance was gone. Now i understand that normally you cant apply for a withdrawal while you have an active bonus, but when they just cansel the withdrawal while im in the midddle of wagering my new bonus, and the game crashed, never happend to me so i didnt think to first write to support i just made the withdrawal again so i could continue playing. Now they saying that its my fault for canceling the bonus and losing my 600 euro, i asked if they would refound me for the 150 euro deposit atleast but no. 

have anyone had a withdraw being canceled while playing a new bonus? is there any point and arguing with them?

Sounds a bit unlucky from your your side. What I always do is go to live chat before I make a withdraw, just in case I have missed something or not complete the wager. The only thing you can do is go to live chat or send a email in my opinion and explain it
