I'm thinking that there is more to this story. I cant see unibet not paying out because you recieved money from your uncle. If they done a sow check on you they would ask you to explain that transfer of money and any other that flagged up during the checks, have they closed your account?

How do I find them can u point me in the right directions

Email unibet stating your making a complaint regarding the non payment of winnings explain to them again about the money and use as much evidence that you have. If this fails then contact e cogra but remember that this can all take time dont expect a final desion in days/weeks. I dont think that you would win and highly doubt you would get your account back, but if you believe you are  not in the wrong then its worth a try. But I am no expert I'm only advising you.

Something doesn't seem to add up here, sorry for being the sceptic.

The other day you made a post about the same thing, yet it was your uncle who moved money to your account. Now it's your cousin?? Just all seems very strange to me. How would Unibet even know that someone, whoever it was had moved money into your account if you deposited from your own card / bank??? As i said something really does not add up here.

Could we see the whole email chain from start to finish? Not just Unibet's last email they sent to you.

Very good, had come here to post this but you beat me too it.

Unibet is solid, never had any doubts about that sites legitimacy - if I had to pick a site to label as the most trustworthy, out of all the available online casino sites, it would be Unibet.

I won from unibet and told my uncle to hold my winnings so then a few days later I got the urge to gamble and I told my uncle to transfer me my money to MY BANK ACCOUNT the money came out out MY BANK into unibet account and I won more money so I send BANK documents and they thinking my uncle has something to do with me gambling because of the money he was sending me does that make sence now? that what they think,if I was in the wrong I will never come on her trying to ask for help to get my winnings back

Was it your uncle or your cousin?

We have been unable to establish which it is.

You will have to email them your uncles/cousin bank account statements showing the money going from you account to theirs and then back to your account.

Even then they may still refuse to process the withdrawal because they really have no way of verifying that your uncle/cousin isn't playing through an account set up in your name. Best case it looks like bypassing the responsible gambling guidelines, worst case it looks like fraud/money laundering.

the official route for complaints at Unibet is the following, section 21 of the General Terms and Conditions of Unibet.co.uk
https://www.unibet.co.uk/general-info/terms#section-21 )

  1. complain through customer support.
  2. if no solution is found, complain through the 'ADR' of Unibet. The 'ADR' for Unibet is Ecogra. Contact details are in the linked webpage.

Assuming that only you have been gambling on your account and that the relative does not have anything to do with it, I recommend to try to plead your case again at Unibet support even though they have taken a final decision.

  1. Talk through your case in detail with a friend/family member that has eye for detail in and is strong in formulating English.
Write and mail to info-uk@unibetsupport.com with a summary of events and asking to reopen the case because the outcome of the complaint  is a result of miscommunications and is unfair.  Ask in the mail to have your case reviewed by a customer support manager.
  2. If the case is not reopened or no satisfactory result is reached, complain through the 'ADR' eCogra.

Good luck.
