Unibet issue

I received an email saying they not going to pay me out,my cousin was holding my winnings from unibet as I didn’t wana blow the lot,I told him to transfer me my money into my account because I fancied a gamble the money come out of my bank account into unibet and won a few grand they thinking the 3rd was involved in gambling pathetic really now they don’t wana pay me my winnings any excuse not to pay

I only have positive experiences on Unibet. I do not completely understand what you are saying. From my understanding: You made deposits from a bank account which is not yours to your personal account? From my understanding this is not allowed according to the T&C.

I have been limited by Unibet for winning to much. Had an insane good run on cycling last year and now my max bet is €5.

The money came from my bank my cousin was holding my money so he transferred me my money and the money come out of my bank account

Seems though that this story has two sides.

All licensed casinos follow strict rules for KYC, AML and similar to prevent money laundring. Im not sure if I 100% understand OP, but seems like money has been deposited from a bank card in another name then the account. This is a clear breach of T&Cs and also the most common way of trying to get cash out of stolen credit cards etc. I am not saying this is the case here, I am just saying that in the case of someone depositing from another card than the account name the casino is required by law to follow the rules.

How can they pay you out when you can't even keep your story straight, one minute it is your cousin, the next it is your uncle:

Hello there my name is idnan mobeen 20 03 1988 and I was a customer with unibet until they closed my account for no valid reason,I deposited 1900 and won 4070 the money was send from my uncles account to me  which was my own money he was keeping safe and the deposit went out of my bank account into unibet I have done nothing wrong sent all valid approved documents so I would like my winnings to be paid out
