Hello there my name is idnan mobeen 20 03 1988 and I was a customer with unibet until they closed my account for no valid reason,I deposited 1900 and won 4070 the money was send from my uncles account to me  which was my own money he was keeping safe and the deposit went out of my bank account into unibet I have done nothing wrong sent all valid approved documents so I would like my winnings to be paid out

So just want to clarify some things. Your 'uncles' account, do you mean bank account or his own Unibet account?

You used your own bank card to make a 1900 deposit? Then with this you won 4070? went to withdraw, and they closed your account?

First thing rather than coming here is you need to contact the casino directly, live chat is normally best. Ask for an explanation as to why they closed the account, they don't have to tell you but they might. Also if your account had a balance at closure they should honour this and withdraw it to your deposit method as long as everything is ok.

Something sounds fishy though, just my opinion. I don't know of many casino's which will just close an account for NO reason, especially one such as Unibet.

I won with unibet before and the winnings I told my uncle to hold the money for me so when I played again the money was send bk to me frm my uncle bank account into my and the deposit went out of my bank 1900 was send thru out the nite from my uncle next to me and i won under 5k now they don’t want to pay me

They not giving no valid reason account and money have been frozen gutted

You will have to communicate with Unibet via e-mail.

Explain the situation, Unibet won't believe your version of events without proof, I wouldn't believe what you say without proof if I was them.

You will need to send them proof of the money leaving your account and going to your uncles account. You will need to send proof of your uncle receiving the money from you and also sending it back to you.

Dirtystack, I have sent my bank pdf statements but they still blocked my account and froze my money

Its not unusual for gamblers to ask someone else to hold their money , I have done it myself countless times usually after a big win or before my drinking sessions . If you had transferred money from your account to your uncle's , I would say it should be enough to prove that the money is yours. Wish you good luck mate

So, is it your uncle or your cousin? Can you explain why in one post it is your uncle and another post it is your cousin?

Cousin uncle does it matter as long as it came from my own deposits came from my bank account

Of course it matters lol,  your story is falling apart on here after a few replies lol and you want Unibet to belive you after all.....If you have transactions on your account going to your Unclecousin, and then have the same amount coming back from good old "Unkycuz" then there should be no problem? If you're randomly getting sent 1900 then they will want to know the source to make sure it's nothing sketchy.

The 1900 come from unibet I won that then I gave my cousin to hold it for me then he transferred it bk to me a week later end I played and won again
