LEOVEGAS WITHDRAW

Hello members of Casino Grounds,

I’m a new member with this site but I have known it on YouTube for awhile now.

Can Leo Support override the Hooyu decision?

I’ve never had this issue of having to Keep verifying my account with other casinos on withdrawing but I do like playing on Leo better than the other casinos.

Less than 6 months ago I verified my account with them for my first withdraw which took 12-15 days to get and then a month later I was asked to verify my account again for a smaller withdraw amount but decided to keep that amount in my account because I didn’t wanna deal with the hassle of verifying my account again but they didn’t have Hooyu installed yet.
I recently decided to play again and won but because of the new program they are using Hooyu it won’t accept my temporary drivers license, and my other I.D.s like health and Indian status card and I have no passport cause I don’t travel.

also any recommendations on other casinos to play on because I’m starting to not like Leo because of this withdraw or verifying process I get when I withdraw money or when it taking so long to get it verified because they are so damn slow.

thanks for helping.

Hey Robin,

I've had an active account with Leo for over 11 years now and although it is frustrating, they are doing the right thing asking for verification.

In the UK, laws are that tight and operators are being handed big fines if they don't have the correct paperwork to back up on current legislation.

My advice is to speak to the Live Chat team as they can escalate any issues to the accounts team that you are having with the automatic verification system.

It happened to me in the last few weeks that they requested proof of ownership of a card that had expired 6months ago! The auto verification system wouldn't accept my bank's letter - so I had to escalate through live chat to get this sorted.

Try the Live Chat team first before looking elsewhere, the Casino is really one of the very few highly reputable ones out there to spend your money with.

Good Luck,

Don

Thanks you Don, I have been using their email instead of the LiveChat to get my stuff done.

LiveChat is a way to get thing done faster, highly recommend to use this service if your having any issue with Leo. 👍🎰
