how stupid are leo vegas ..thick as fuck.... two months ago i had fraud done on my debit card so i got a new one and deatroyed the old one ...for my security .... leo asked for a copy of my new card which i sent ... then they asked for a copy of my bankimg statement which i sent ....then they asked for a copy of my other card i destroyed to VERIFY my account .....i told them this repeadedly I DESTROYED MY OTHER CARD ...IT DOES NOT EXIST I CANNOT SEND YOU A COPY OF IT ..... them i get an email ...cam you send us a copy of your prev card so we can verify your account ...ARGHHHHHHHH  ... i have sent them everything except my soul to verify myself .... just got an email asking for my card details for my PREVIOUS CARD yo verify my account .... went onto live chat .... BEFORE WE CAN VERIFY YOU WE NEED A COPY OF YOUR PREV CARD ......ARGHHHHHHHHHHHH the girl was hopeless ... so said shut the account down i cant be arsed any more ...i have played there for 4 years ...but what frustrated me more is ..they juat did not listen .....so guys keep all cards ..keep all specs of duat from your keyboard juat in case leo vegas want that as well .... sorry kim i used your sign up mate so no affiliate earnings for you mate ..... i will go play at Rizk

I've had this problem before at other casino's its easily rectified, you just need to send them prove from your bank that the card no longer exists for whatever reason and your new card ending in #### has replaced the old one. 

It's annoying, but it can be fixed with a simple email or letter from your bank.

EDIT

Also just a tad confused, if you have played there for 4 years then the account must have already been verified?? So shouldn't they already have a copy of your destroyed card??

so now i got a problem need somme help plz ! leo vegas i try to send a proff of me they accept My passeport and my driving license but they dint accept my doccument domicile and they block the thing to send My prof of adress so now what i do and what i should send i live on my dad house but i got a credit card What should i do and send?

leovegas is the biggest regret.It takes the money from my card without any problems, but when it comes to withdrawing money, it says 'it is impossible to send money to this card' WHYY??? 🤔 I don't need them anymore I found another solid casino ( lucky days ) I haven't won anything in 3 years at leo vegas.
