BTG glitch?

Evening, I'm playing btg on video slots and did a bonus hunt. (I find them fun) I had a bonus on lil devil saved. Then went on to the game to play the bonus. All looked fine till I got to the final spin of bonus and had a error trying to end the game notification come up. I've spoken to support and they don't know what it is, I've done all trouble shooting. I can reload the game and play the bonus and each time get a different symbols/outcome ect. The error also comes up on a normal spin on extra chilly for me now. I know I had a bonus on lil devil. But what's gona happen to it? 
anyone else had this issue?

I have exactly the same problem and have had for a long time. I suspect the game is struggling to obtain the outcome it wants but I was more interested by the fact that the result is different every time I replay it. I was playing on 10p stake and pretty low on the heart meter, I keep it saved and play it when I'm bored. My record is about 600X with one spin to go (before it says "unable to complete game" but suspect it will go much higher. I suspect the fact it was saved is significant.
