They have daily limit of 5k withdrawal, weekly 10k and monthly 30k which is fine by me. when I contact support who answers me within minutes they say this: Yes, the usual withdrawal request checking period is 0-24 hours, but when a transaction or a player needs to be checked deeply, it can take more than 24 hours.
