Hi. Does anyone want to help me understand this rule. I played slots on the 25th and won money. On the 26th I set limits as you can see. These limits would be active until 28/2. But on the 27th I had no problem playing and depositing money. I deposited a total of 2650 euros and took it out in 1990. The system should not have blocked this. I asked the casino but they closed my account and did not answer my emails

Just look at your first limit mate , which is set to € 100 loss / week , this  week ends on sunday 28/02 . Loss limit only starts after loosing all your profits in any given week, in otherwords you didn't set any limit to protect your profit.

Its good to have loss limit in general but after a win I usually also set wager limit aswell until I see the money in my account. If wager limit is not available , use the loss limit / per day and timeout for a day so when you login the next day , the loss limit will protect you .

I thought the limit will be activated from the date I set it. Then there is no point in this limit if it counts all winnings at the casino😀

Thts a usual misconception mate, even if you had set loss limit / per day it would have saved your second day losses. But fuck it , looks like you are still around 584 profit this week, so don't play now when you are tilted , just set your wager limit to 1 eur / day or something similar and just rest ☺️

I had a limit of 1euro per day I thought. I do not understand why the casino closed my account. I only asked one question because I did not understand. Very frivolous! they no longer respond to emails either.
