Hey wonderfull people!

 

i did a pretty big bank withdrawal the 4 of january  from ultracasino, they told me it has been approved the 6th and that it should have come my way.

The money is not in my bank account and i also have another big withdrawal on the way that i did the 7th january.

Bank statements dont get produced in Norway before the end of the month so i cant deal with it before then.

anyone else with similar issue or experience? (Never had any problems with other casinos )

 

im thinking about taking legal action and use my best laywer avaible unless they fix this matter.

Becoming a common trend with Ultra Casino recently, them saying bank withdrawals have been approved and sent when they haven’t processed them. 
 

had multiple withdrawals ‘approved’ and each time told the funds were on the way to me when in fact they hadn’t been sent and they appeared back in my casino account each time despite providing the exact withdrawal info direct from my bank. 
 

fingers crossed for you that it is actually on the way and you get it soon.

I am also waiting for my withdrawals, i made 3 withdrawals on 4.-5. Of january. To a Norwegian bank.

They even failed to send me confirmation that my withdrawals were approved, so all i have is proof in my transaction list.

But having been in contact with live support numerous times, they assure me that the money has been sent and approved. I have still not recieved anything.

I have sent my bank statements 2 times now, and i get no information back about the process and progress. I contacted live support today to ask for an update, and they told me that they have problems with norwegian payout partners or something like that, and a lot of resources has been assigned to resolve the issue (they say atleast)

But in my oppinion if this is the case, they should inform the players about this, atleast the ones that are waiting several weeks for their withdrawal.

Waiting for these withdrawals from Ultra, i've had 4 successfull withdrawals from casinofriday, and they are not even MGA licensed.

Do you have any inside information about this case @Bob_UltraCasino for me, and the other players in this thread waiting for our withdrawals?

Same case here for me at 21.com casino, which is a sister brand.

I am happy to inform everyone here that the issue that we had with our payment processing partner for Norway has been fixed!

I would like to apologize for the fact that the issue was not identified earlier than Tuesday 19th of January.

@jannemathias123 @Extraftw your withdrawals are being processed as we speak, and you should expect to receive the funds next week. I have also sent you a private message with more information and added a compensation to your UltraCasino account for the experienced inconvenience! 

@olempiapsI have contacted you through my 21.com profile, your withdrawal is being processed as we speak as well, and should receive the funds next week as well. You can as well find a compensation on your 21.com account for the experienced inconvenience.
