Questions about moving to Malta

Hi guys,

I'm sick and tired of heavy manual labour, I'm sick and tired of Norway, winter sucks, and I wanna work in the gaming industry.

I've had tons of offers to work in customer support in the gaming industry in Malta, Greece, Portugal, Cyprus etc, and I would like to move to Malta to work there.
The problem I have is that I don't know up front which casinos I'll be working with/for, as the customer support is always (or usually) outsourced through a 3rd party, and I don't wanna work for a site I don't like.
I'm a Norwegian native with years of experience in customer support management, online community management and sales (and other irrelevant experience).

What I'm looking for is a company that will allow me to work 12-16 hour shifts 7 days a week. I enjoy my job way more when I base my entire life around it. I would like to build a career in the gaming industry, and I think Malta is the right place for me to do that.
If I'm gonna work for a 3rd party Customer Support agency, I would like it to be the right one. One that will open doors for working in-house for a casino in the future.

It would be nice to have a conversation/chat with someone about this.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Sorry if you're not the right one, but I'm gonna tag you here anyway, hoping you'll read this and get in touch with me privately.

I'm sure a 16 hour shift 7 days a week is illegal. You might find them shift patterns in North Korea.

I make my work my life. It's just what I like. I'm the first one to get to work and the last one to leave. Maybe it's cus I'm less talented than some, but I wanna be able to know absolutely everything, and I wanna help my employer and myself get a great reputation.

It's what I like. Having time off isn't good for me. I just wanna have the option to put in more work. I don't necessarily need to get paid more for it, I just wanna use the time to get better at the job over a shorter period of time.

Did you check my pm?
