CashiMashi - Cashout issues of a friend

Hello Casinogrounds Community,

so my friend Jonas had a session on the online Casino "Cashimashi" and used the welcome bonus. He deposited 50 Euro and after he finished the wagering he had an incredible amount of 1600 Euro on account. He withdraw it but it got canceled because he played two slots that were forbidden. 
The thing is the forbidden slots are forbidden because you could buy a bonus on them but Jonas didn`t. On Wild West Gold (first slot that was forbidden) he realized that he played a forbidden slot and immediately stopped playing it. He whether got or bought a bonus there so it gave him nothing. 
The second forbidden slot was Hotline 2 but he only used between 5 and 20 Euro on it and that's basicially nothing of the 1600 (also didnt get a bonus or bought one there) 

I think that's not fair in any way. He finally would've had the biggest cashout ever there and because of the few Euros he used on the slots and not even buying a bonus, what's the forbidden part of it, he lost 1550 Euro. and wasted like 5 hours.

What do you think? Is it fair? And do you know if there is a way to get that money anyway or is it gone now? 
I remember I had the same problem on N1-Casino but it worked out in the end because I complained.

I am Danish so my German is not the best, but how i read this. It says that he played two slots that is not allowed to play while having a bonus. And having a bonus they mean the bonus he was wagering and not the bonus round on the slot itself. 

But it is bad that it was possible at all to play the slots, i wish your friend the best of luck but I fear the worst. But please give a complain a try, but just know that it can be a week before the complain is shown on ask gambler plus another 72 hour for the casino to respond. So it can take some time

The slot should be blocked right? Or else an advert should pop up some where

You need to be careful there are some sites that dont block the slot.. but in general that's my opinion too

So little update. After more than one and half month he still hasnt got an answer and if he asks they just say sure we do what we can. 
What a scam it's insane 1600 Euro gone..

Normally Casinogrounds can help with such, but it dont look like CG works with them. 

Always recommended to sign up using the links here for an extra layer of protection if a casino should try to pull out some unusual terms and conditions

I would reach out to the regulator which in this case would be Malta Gaming Authority and see if there is anything to do.

Unfortunately these things happen from time to time - Complex and unusual terms, and no need of protecting their reputation. Often ends up in the casino to enforce such, even if player have not in reality done something that should be considered wrong.

Hello and sorry that this happened to your friend.

Not trying to take the casinos side but he played a few slots that’s not allowed. So they haven’t done anything wrong. Me, I never use bonuses. No matter what. Because I know one day this will happen to me.

Yeah I know.. thats just really unlucky it happened

I lost $800 last week because Reactoonz had been added to the forbidden list of slots 🤣 who knew. I put 100 spins through and it rinsed me for about 70x off those 100. They got to keep my winnings. It’s worth millions and million to the industry every year. They get rich while you stay poor. Unfortunately that’s just the way it has to be. Maybe use this experience to finally stop gambling and bleeding more money away, year in year out.
