BETWAWAY LIVE ROULETTE BETENT ISSUE

HI, unsure if I am on the right tracks posting this thread here.

 

I have placed bets through Betaway on 28/09/2020- I was playing the live roulette BETENT version available via their live casino tab.

I had the same issue occur twice and wondered if anyone has experience with this sort of issue either on same website or different one.

I tend to play the same bet on roulette and just repeat and maybe increase stake etc, I was playing and I had money bet on number 27, as its a live feed I watched it the ball landed on 27, the dealer called out winning number 27, however they displayed number 25 as the winning number?

I didn't manage to catch this or any evidence however I carried on playing the same issue then happened with number 18, the ball landed on number 18 I had a sum on there £35 pounds and the system (previous winning results listed 31 as the winning number) I was NOT paid winnings for this bet.

 

I managed to catch this on video , the dealer then went to spin following the 18/31 spin, the dealer clearly says and I have this recorded on video '' spinning from the last winning number 18 red'' which clearly evidences my allegation that they have provided the incorrect winning number.

 

So far thus I have spent 6 hours online chat with to say the least unless customer service advisors and have been forced to log a complaint due to the refusal of Betway to investigate this without me providing them with a ''gaming id'' which surely is not up to me to do, I provided them with video evidence of the issue and also a time of the spin/date.

 

Currently awaiting a response from their complaints team, un happy they have not even contacted BETENT to investigate due to and I quote their words'' me being unable to provide a gaming id'' surely they have some onus on them?

 

any advice or experience with similar issues may help
