Betway rejected my jackpot winning bet that should not be rejected, Scam?

Hi All,

on the 9th September 2020 I played lighting roulette. I did bets above 200 euros a few times. I placed the 200 euros with 20 euro chips and the other 60 euros i placed with 5 euro chips on the different numbers.

 

the problem:

2 rejected bets that should not be rejected.  One of those bets was the lightning number 300 X '31'. I should win 300 X 25 = € 7.500 ,-

 

I did again first the 200 with  20 euro chips and filled it more with 5 euros on a few numbers

so how can i be ' to late' if i even had the time to put more 5 euro chips  on the board?

So the rejected bet should not be rejected!

 

Solution:

I want my 300 X 25 = 7500  euro pay out - 490 rejected pay back = 7010 euro on my betway account.

 

* Update * 

After I filled in the  eGAP DISPUTE FORM. I've got a reply from BETWAY DE Manager  that they would respond in 5 working days, on or before the 25 September 2020. Unfortunately I havent heard anything and so I filled another form in on 28th september.

 

I hope you can help because Betway do not keep the agreements.

No! They offered me € 200,- bonus money. I declined and filled un the ecogra form because the case us closed by betway....

Bet was rejected because of evolution gaming, not Betway. You should be complaining about them, not the casino. 
This provider is one of the biggest scam. They have everything pre-determined and since they knew the number was gonna get lighting they refused the bet. 
Happened sometimes on crazy times aswell.

I do follow the proces and it starts with the casino. Now i am in the last stage with the ecogra form who will do an investigation. 

I even offered to split the differenxe ( 3500 euro instead of 7000... but they only offer 200 (bonus) money...

The frustrating part is that they see that I placed that bet. But it didnt came through the server. I hope ot will be a good solution

It’s all rigged massively against the player. I’ve been trying to verify my account with a casino for the last two weeks. $1000 in limbo and can’t do fk all about it. Just look on here at how many issues people have trying to money back. Online gambling is so frustrating. I hope you get some money out of these horrors.

I hope it too... but now i rejected  the 200 euro bonus money (instead of the 7500 that i should receive) they say : case closed...

But i will do my best and don't stop with post until I get what I deserve!
