CASINOEURO 3K BIG PROBLEM

So, I was playing around 4 months ago with my old card, everything went fine. Took a break and returned with a new card for same bank account. I have deposited over 3K last week and now want to withdraw. I withdrew 2K last week to this new card fine. This week, they have requested I obtain a physical letter confirming I no longer have the old card. I am with an app only bank who refuse to do this. I have sent in a 6 month statement showing the transactions but this is not good enough. 

Please any suggestion what to do?

A physical letter lol? 

What kind of card is it? A visa, mastercard? The 2k is without verification. After the 2k they do extra checks but a physical letter sounds absurd.

Hi @NickG Apologies for the long reply. 

 

It is a mastercard debit for starling bank. They are app only and do not have a URL website. 

They say they will accept screenshot showing URL and status of the card as inactive but there is no way to get this from starling bank. I have sent emails from starling saying this also.

Just say to them that starling is not physical bank but mobile bank which provides very limited functionality compared to physical banks and they do not provide many options compared to physical bank services.If they are not happy with that in their T&C it is not forbidden to use mobile banks so they should pay you as they know mobile banks has limited functionality.And if they not want customers to use mobile banks they should add it in their T&C.Please inform if you will get paid after this.
