ryans_slots Posted 21 September, 2020 Posted 21 September, 2020 So today I had gone to videoslots live support for an issue of 'battle of the slots', FYI battle of slots is just another reel race that some casinos have where players can play against eachother, chat, win free spins and or cash etc.. The issue I have is I noticed some of the agents replies......... Take note at the screenshot below on a few things. '' I play battles myself and sometimes it happens'' - First of all ain't all employees banned from playing on their workplace website? Why would you play the battles knowing full well you can cheat in terms of not even paying to enter the battle and knocking REAL players like myself off the top to avoid paying out? The whole purpose of battle of slots is to compete against other PLAYERS, not people who work for videoslots...? Second interesting fact the agent said was - ''Me and my coach are doing some live checks now with test accounts'' Yet again adding dummy accounts to the battle to bump up the numbers to knock real players off the top to avoid paying out any freespins and or cash? I'm not calling videoslots a 100% fraud because I have had battles where I have won £100s and £1000s from battles and wager free spins however it just doesn't any make sense? I know Rizk had a complaint about the races on there site before of clone accounts? @LetsGiveItASpin @the_68 @Skylined87
the_68 Posted 21 September, 2020 Posted 21 September, 2020 That's just not right! Terrible if you ask me. It should be for the players only.

I possibly could of been a victim of losing out just like many other players. Videoslots 2020 = below average 2017 when I first played = couldn't fault it. Seems like its the new casumo. without sticking up for them or anything its understandable that you may need '1' account to test if the battles work not all the staff tho.
dirtystack Posted 21 September, 2020 Posted 21 September, 2020 Rizk has lots of issues with their races. wasn’t so much clone accounts but rather the fact, in the PlaynGo races you could do something like this: Spin until you got a 10x win to get 300 points (or whatever it was) Close the browser before the big win finishes counting reload the website from another IP - your phones hotspotted for example let the round restore itself and the 10x win and give you another 300 points close the browser before the big win finishes counting reload the website from another IP - back to your computers IP let the round restore itself and the 10x win and give you another 300 points close the browser before the big win finishes counting reload from another IP - back to your phones hotspot ip. repeat Over and over and win a 500 spin tournament using only 30-40 of the spins. Carried on for months and months. It is all automatic on the website, No one is paid to oversee and scrutinise these things so it just kept going on and on with the same little group of people taking 1st 2nd 3rd every race - they must have made thousands and thousands. It wasn’t investigated until people exposed it on casinomeister forum and even then it took several months to be fixed. I know what you are thinking but it wasn’t me - was a bit before I started playing slots. Have a really funny story about one of the other major online casinos and the shenanigans going on with their promotions - will share it one day - is pretty interesting and makes me look incredibly stupid😅
LetsGiveItASpin Posted 22 September, 2020 Posted 22 September, 2020 Really bad that employees play in the races, aren't these ment for real players? To be fair I haven't plaid Videoslots since they lowered the RTP everywhere they could but this doesn't look good.
UgandanKnucklesUK Posted 22 September, 2020 Posted 22 September, 2020 They all have test accounts and have internal staff battles. Not against other real money players.
NickG Posted 27 September, 2020 Posted 27 September, 2020 Wasn't Videoslots supposed to be a proper casino? Guess casinomeister needs to update it's accredited list.

Sadly only heard about it after it was patched
vanHooff Posted 1 October, 2020 Posted 1 October, 2020 Hmm. Years ago I used to be a regular customer at Videoslots. On weekdays, a EUR 1000 guaranteed Battle-of-Slots (BOS) with EUR 100 buyin was on the schedule. Payout structure: 700-300-0 for up to 10 entries, 500-300-200 for 10-15 entries, 4 prizes for more entries. One joker for a double first prize for an early registration. This BOS was played by mostly the same group of regulars, with depending on the scores of the earlier entrants, 3 to 15 entrants most of the time. The regulars (or others) would very rarely join the BOS with a late registration when the prize spots had solid scores. This went on for over a year and I am pretty sure that most of the regulars were doing okay because of frequent overlays. By no means I am a conspiracy theorist, but starting somewhere I noticed that the number of late entries was increased. Also the late entries seemed to get some really good scores. (like placing first 3 nights in a row when second place was already a decent score) I don't think that the scores in this BOS could be manipulated, but given the frequent overlay on prizes, possible entries of Videoslots staff is something I frown upon. I have had at least ten times that I dropped in prize money because of a late entry that I would not expect given the scores. Possible names of suspicious accounts: grey The above just a suspicion, I have no solid evidence of Videoslots staff joining this BOS. Apologies to VS if unfounded.
