[RESOLVED] LeoVegas Problems please help me :-(

Hello casinogrounds guys (i watch your streams alot (slotspinner and letsgiveitaspin:))

 

im a 34y old female from germany and registered since many years on leovegas, having done alot of deposits and withdrawals (only neteller skrill and paysafecard)

because i dont using my german "girokonto" for onlinegambling for many reasons

 

i have a problem now with leo and im very confused

 

i starting to explain:

have deposited 2x50 with paysafecard and won on slots 600, deceided to cashout 600 with my neteller as usual and they declined it

saying i need to cashout with my bank account because my last transaction was a paysafecard

(i was worried because leo never did this in the past but okay) in other casinos they often saying deposit on top with neteller to cashout with neteller

so ideposited 20€ with neteller on top and want withdraw 620€ to neteller

--declined for same reason--

leo told me now i have to verify me again, (im already verified since years and have alot of deposits and withdarwls) so i send them my documents again

 

for the cashout they saying  now if i won with neteller so i can withdraw on neteller.....

 

i deceided to play roulette with the 620€ turned it all over  (last deposit neteller) and won again

 current balance 1220€

 

and now they also saying to me it must be on bank account

((aaaha okay so now also my neteller wins and deposit must go on bank account)))

what they are talking about now, i turned over everything the whole sum and last deposit is neteller

they are fooling me i think :( and just stalling i dont know

 

can everyone help me there from you guys, or have a rep here who can check my account and my years history and work it out please

@LeoVegas_Support will you have a look at this one and explain the problem?

@jane86 Have you ever used a debit card or your bank account to deposit to LeoVegas? If not, maybe that's the problem. 

Anyway, LeoVegas support should be able to explain what the problem is. 

And whatever you do at this point, don't play with the money! Just wait and try to talk to them about it. LeoVegas are legit and trustworthy, and will never screw you over. 

You will get your winnings, don't worry about it 😊

@LetsGiveItASpin maybe you can look into this?

im so happy to won a little bit,

no i dont use my personal bank account for online gambling , i only play with neteller skrill and paysafecard also the last years and it was never a problem,

for online gambling i have to open a seperatly bank account and i can do this but leovegas then everything have to go to the bank account also my neteller deposit and winnings? leovegas says yes, and before they say only the method , also i turned all over with my last neteller deposit

 

why leovegas do this to me, never had that problems in the past with leo and my deposits and withdarwal

 

idont know what to do :(

It might just be an extra security measure to identify you. Ask them if you have to do this just this one time, or if you have to do it in the future too. 

Give it a couple of days so the reps can see your post here. I tagged them, so they will get notifications. 

You can also try to private message @LetsGiveItASpin or @LeoVegas_Support

I know Kim (letsgiveitaspin) will check and answer his messages on Sunday or Monday at the latest.

I think you need to be registered for x amount of time before you can send private messages. It's likely a step to prevent inboxes from being spammed by bots.

okay news: verified a bank account today with leo but trustly doenst have the bank in it so leovegas have to wire it by themselfes

support said its in progress and the payment department will wire it as soon they have time

balance is still in my leo account availible and have set a limit to not play it

balance is still in my casino account, the support say now ....it is in progress and i get answer the next Days 😟

i asked to contact the payment team to do the wire but it was denied and saying i have to wait the next days
