DealersBJ Posted 6 September, 2020 Posted 6 September, 2020 Deposited £63 one morning, spent 12 hours gambling (not straight) just throughout the day. Played some Crazytime, ScamBall and Baccarat.. I hit some half decent wins on Crazytime, missed the 8000x by 30 seconds (yes It’s always team blue) Main game was Baccarat. £1000 a round on Banker, multiple tables. Hit £10,500. Was going to withdraw £10,000. Put £500 on ScamBall, hit £6070 win then continued on Baccarat to 26k. Withdrew £25,000 and gamble with the remaining £1000 and lost. Currently waiting on the casino to pay out Virgin Casino.. they’ve asked for 5 working days to do checks after I’ve sent them all the documents they’ve requested.. let’s see what happens!
DealersBJ Posted 8 September, 2020 Author Posted 8 September, 2020 UPDATE *** Casino are refusing to pay out!
dirtystack Posted 9 September, 2020 Posted 9 September, 2020 You deposited with a card that doesn't belong to you? How does that accidentally happen? How can the casino determine who has done so accidentally and who has done so fraudulently? If they ultimately cash you out the money will be going to whoever that card belongs too.

On my account I have £7803 deposited under my card, I’ve been a VIP member with them, they’ve given me cash bonuses, rewards and whatever else. when depositing with Apple Pay it doesn’t show the name of the card, now I have my card and my room partners card. The thing is I haven’t done anything illegal and it’s just something they want to enforce when someone wins big.. If I’d of lost they wouldn’t of cared, if I’d of deposited the £8000 on that card and only £63 on the main card i highly doubt they’re going to refund £8000. Because 100% it doesn’t say in terms you can’t use another card or a third party payment. Even in the terms it says they can use their third party agencies to check for fraud, stolen cards etc. The house edge isn't enough to them. They got to see over those who do actually win. They’re okay taking the deposits, because like I said earlier they know 99% of people are going to lose, so why would they want to refund someone that’s already lost? Instead I won, and fairly. I gave them all the requested documents, and then they still didn’t like it. I’ve filed a complaint, and it’s all on social media so we will see what happens.
vanHooff Posted 9 September, 2020 Posted 9 September, 2020 Just fund your own account with your own sources and you won't break the T&Cs of the casino, so you will get paid your winnings and don't have to go on blackmail campaign on social media trying to get paid. You might get lucky, good luck.

I still had full permission to use it either way, and we submitted the documents they requested (selfie with both bank cards) it isn’t in the terms and conditions on the website, no blackmail. Just trying to get back my winnings

Be civil social media bashing is all well and good if your a few weeks down the line and nothings happening but bearing in mind you posted on Sunday and you had one rejection its not going to go in your favour calling them out. You've hit a grey area of using a third parties card which will go against terms and conditions, even with proof pretty sure you have to fund the sources of deposits. I haven't used a UKGC casino for a few years so can't say what checks they do now but I know when you exceed a certain withdrawal amount they put in a lot more checks. Best advice, keep it civil and be persistent. I have had people social media bash me in a separate industry and it makes me less inclined to help. Its such early days but they will have the upper hand you did breach the Ts&Cs using third party even with consent.
