However I noticed there was nowhere for verification so I emailed all my documents in (I know what's required). I then cracked a very good win, and messaged the live chat to make sure all was okay. They then said they'll open the verification on my account and I need to upload there, it should only take 24 hours. This is also what I says on there website, and then says contact live support if it takes longer. However for 4, nearly 5 days now I have got the same copy and paste answer and now told to wait another two days. I have been on 3 other casinos over the years and never waited more than 48 hours for this. Does anyone have any suggestions to get them to move quicker, or are there any Wildz team members here able to get this actioned.
jahoo Posted 6 September, 2020 Posted 6 September, 2020 I had a nice win on this casino for 2 days ago. I made a withdrawal and asked the chat for which documents they needed. They only said that they will contact me if anything is needed. I repeated the question yesterday then they warned me that it may take a few days. However, an hour later I got an email regarding documents I needed to upload and 2 hours after I uploaded the documents my withdrawal had been paid out. Maybe I was lucky with the girl I talked to in the chat yesterday. Her name was Alice.

I was told Monday (CET) at the latest but have now been told that's a lie. They also said me messaging during business hours to get someone to talk to the Payments team or a supervisor would not make a difference, which is not what I was told. They also refused to answer why someone who had to be verified after me was completed first. They just copy and pasted the same thing over and over again and tried to end the chat with the classic "anything else I can help you with". Very disappointed considering they say they're there for the customers and it says 24 hours on the website and to contact live chat it if goes over. Then I just get lied to for 5 days and nobody there bothers to do anything.
Orzabot Posted 6 September, 2020 Posted 6 September, 2020 I am sad to see there are still casinos using the trick of letting a kyc take too long time, in hope that the custumer will gamble away the money. Two days ago i played on a new site, after completing the wager i requested a cashout and send them my documents for kyc. It was send at night, after 15 minutes i got two emails. The first one saying my account had been veryfied and the second saying the my cashout was completed, i got the money in my account arround 12 hours later, and that was on a visa card. That is how it should be on all sites. But it seems like the casinos are still using these tricks, i am 100% sure if it was made by law that the casino would have to do the kyc before the user were able to make a deposit, then wildz would not have to use days for doing it, i think they would do the kyc in minutes.
