Casoo did not pay my money!

Hello all. I am a customer from Turkey.

I deposited 123 euro to casoo casino and did not take any bonusses.

I made 175 Euro and try to cash out to my jeton wallet.

They told me we need kyc and i sent all my documents  to them.

After i sent it, they approved my kyc and told me you can make withdrawal now.

Then i try to cashout and it says completed in my withdrawal history but there is no money came to me from casoo to my jeton wallet.

They told me we succesfully send your payment via mail but look at the bottom line i put pictures inside my jeton wallet and my casoo account.

There is no money came from them to me and as you can clearly see the last transactions there is only the money that i sent to them.

This money is maybe small for people here but it is very imporant for me and i need to take it please just help me for what should i do in this situation , i am really in trouble...

( I wrote casinodaddy here because i saw he has affilate with casoo and maybe ,i wish he can help me in this condition )

Thank you orzabot. I will write this forum too . What should i do more ? They have a licence and i can make a complaint to licence but i think curacao licence is crap ?

I will send a mail to licence and askgamblers i guess it will more effective than everything what do u think mate ?

@Mert yes casoo has a curacao license, but it is still a site i would trust. I can see that the cashout is completed and i think you will get the money soon. I know that the money should be in your wallet now when it says completed, but i think they just confirmed they gonna pay you. 

I tried on another site also using a e-wallet they did the same wrote completed and got me worried something was wrong, but i got the money in a few days. I keep my fingers crossed the same thing will happen to you.

Else if you want to write a complain, i would try on a askgamblers. But if i were you i would wait a few days

thanks a lot orzabot for your help and interest mate. i think in a same way because they told me we send it but our account team works slow that means maybe the same situation what you had
