Andros1963 Posted 28 August, 2020 Posted 28 August, 2020 So I joined Leo Vegas approx 5 years ago and all has been going great I was a verified member then all of a sudden after an £80 win they asked for verification of my PayPal account which I found a bit strange as it’s my email address registered with them and I’ve been using the PayPal account with them for 2 years plus but anyway got it verified and £80 sent to me. Now I’m being asked for passport details and utility bill again no problem in supplying this however it’s the same passport I used to verify 5 years ago.... it hasn’t expired I haven’t moved nothing has changed so I’m wondering why they need the info again ? Any comments welcome
Teamkayenne Posted 28 August, 2020 Posted 28 August, 2020 It's a basic check up for players that were verified years ago. It's because inside the 5 years as a customer many things change. Change of residence for example. The casino chooses couple players and it verifies them for a second time.
