pausefisk Posted 14 June, 2020 Posted 14 June, 2020 I want to share this case with some unclear bonus offer i got from Comeon! I have not taken many offers from comeon before, so i cant say their terms are known to me, but i tried as good as i could to read and understand. I have played on many casinos, and there are many casinos i have never made an account on because i read their terms. As long as you can read what you are going into it, and even if the offer the casino has is as shitty as you think, as long as they are clear on it, its a fair deal. Comeon is not a fair deal, and thats is my point in this post. I got an e-mail offering me two 100% bonuses up to 2000kr. Since i have a norwegian account the email is in norwegian, but the important is the text i marked with red: "Bonusen må omsettes for x25 på casino..." translated to "The bonus must be wagered x25 on casino..." I logged in to my account, clicked on deposit, choosed the 100% bonus offer, clicked on "read more" and i could not find any wagering info there. I check the terms, but there are no clear information regarding bonuses and wagering there either. So i had to trust what the e-mail said. I started playing, and i wanted to check my progress. Now i can see the "vilkår" (terms) shows up, and expanding it says i have a wagering of 25x deposit+bonus. In other words, 50x wagering! I asked support, and they claim that the "bonus" is defined as total amount. I asked them to show me the terms for this, and they told me i can find this information by clicking on: Support, search for "wager", and then click on "1. How do wagering requirements work". Here is the info: Quote How do wagering requirements work? The bonus Wagering Requirements refer to how many times you need to bet your deposit plus bonus amount before you can withdraw your winnings. For example, if you deposit €100 and take a 100% bonus with your deposit, you have €100 plus €100 in bonus money, so a total of €200. If the wagering requirements are 5 times, you need to bet €200 x 5 = €1000. So let's say your first bet is €50, then you have fullfilled €20/1000 = 5% of the wagering requirements. So they expect me to know this? It's now way to know this info is there unless you search for it! They also claim that on the marketing e-mails, "usually" has this information (that bonus is deposit+bonus) in the bottom of the e-mail. The e-mail offer i got did NOT have this info. So, the 50x wager requirements are HIDDEN all they way, untill after deposit. I belive this is on purpose to scam us. Should not this important information regarding definition of "bonus" be written in the terms + bonus offer? ComeOn! seems to be in the list of casinos who is strategic hiding their terms and trying to scam people. Beware of comeon!
