I was on a good win in the bonus then suddenly my bonus round completly disapears. I was directly go to live chat and explains what happens. They say that a game was still open. But everytime i open the game the bonus round was gone. Live chat says that the tech Guys gonna look at that. I want to ask of Bigtime Gaming Official. Also can look as a Game provider. Its very strange that a bonus round completly disapears when you still play. Sorry for my bad english. But i must tell this here.

They need to contact BTG or the server hosts with the round number so they can finish the round for you. This is why it takes a few days. Leovegas contacts BTG and asks them to look into it > BTG investigates what happened and plays out the game round > BTG contacts Leovegas and informs them the details as to what the round should have payed > Leovegas credits your account with the money from that round. You are not the only customer they need to do this for, people are on different timeframes globally, at Leovegas and BTG they are not staring at the screen waiting for an e-mail to pop and give them something to do. This is why it takes time. Just be patient or the way you are going they will just close your account as getting so emotional, after been told they will fix it in time, will look to them like problem gambling.

First of all you are by far the first person to have a btg slots crash and having to wait for it to get fixed. i had a issue on white rabbit my bonus froze and when i tried to reload it just froze again. I contacted support and i had to wait almost two weeks before the casino got a respond from btg. You keep on saying you lost money? So far you have not lost anything, i am sure it will be fixed

But it is very hard and rare to say sorry when you know you might have done something wrong. So thumbs up for doing that. I hope your problem with get solved quickly and i hope you will keep us updated
