Rizk closure

I'm having troubles with rizk, they've blocked my account and gave me three different reasons, 1, they are trying to verify my documents (done a year ago) 2, they are dealing with a query(which was already answered) and 3, they are reviewing my account( although I only deposit up to 100pound,and have been cashing out every week with no problems) not happy with the wait time to get a straight answere out of anyone and they have my money in there.
