Verification nightmare

I have been resending documents and been back and forth with leo Vegas for 3 days ...I am for sure getting stalled ... All these same documents were fine on other sites... Verification codes are suppose to be sent via text or email are not being recieved on my end... The sheer amount of time wasted on this is unreal..i go to verify my doc's before trying to process a withdrawal ..no need at this time ..so I go to withdrawal .. Verification needed and so on in a loop ...probably 10 hours of my day .. Account finally says verified...oops visa picture is to blurry .. Absolutely Crystal clear by the way.. np though I will Resend a different perfect picture .. The person in chat was saying how cibc doesn't allow the money to go back on the card..yes I am well aware that's a policy in Canada I have selected bank wire transfer.. Anyway the back and forth has me rattled ... Anybody else here experience this? I personally believe that all online casinos shouldn't allow play until accounts are fully verified.. The run around slimy as hell
