Advice/help required

Good evening folks

To cut a very long story short over the weekend I had my computer, mobile phone and online banking account hacked by a family member (all accounts were heavily protected with extensive and secret passwords so it wasn't childs play hacking) who then went on a spreading spree and spent £2300 on rizk casino and lost everything, the account the perpetrator took funds from was an account my wife and I set up for our soon to be first born.

My wife and I play online occasionally together and never deposit anything more than £100-£200 a month if we have funds available to do so and these deposits that were made during this period were those of £500 at a time which should have set off some kind of warning alerts as we would never deposit that amount, especially not 4 of them over such a short period of time.

We have sent a complaint off to risk casino and have basically been told that we didn't have enough security in place to deter this from happening and are taking no responsibility, I understand totally that it wasn't the casino's fault, however, they have taken the funds but did absolutely no security checks, surely a gambler with my gambling history, low deposits and £1-2 stakes max, the casino would be responsible enough to double check these funds were from a genuine source and from the said account holder, therefore I feel the casino should refund the monies deposited, can anybody please give us some advice on this issue as £2300 is a hell of a lot of money for people such as ourselves, we both work full-time and it's taken about 18months to save such an amount and for it to be gone like this is absolutely devastating to us both.
