Ok, so here is my story.

I have been a gambler for many years now (with many breaks ofcourse) and i have been losing a ton of money but also won some. 2 years back i inherited a decent amount of money. Most of it was spent on travelling and other stuff. Earlier this year i had 10k euros left that i was supposed to save for the future. It didnt go like that, and i ended up spending 8k of the money on gambling. I won the amount back some times but the "Cancel withdraw"-button hit me each time. I only have a part time job in a store and i always had a bottomline of 1600 euros every month, with the pay from the store i would be back to 2000 euros every month. Luckily, last month we were rebuilding the store, so i was working my ass of to finally get a good pay. I had been very good this month and had 1600 euros left, untill last monday.. For some reason i just had to play. And since i have self-excluded me from the best casinos i had to play on some unknown ones. It didnt go well, and i was down to 600 euros on my savings account. I had then gambled away 1000 euros. 

Payday came on friday, i was up to the normal 2000 euros, but since i had been working hard i was supposed to have 3500 euros, but ofcourse i didnt have that since i had spent 1000 on gambling.

So i decided to gamble again, deposited 200 euros and won 600 and i was so happy! I withdrew the winnings. But that takes soo long time, and each time i signed into my gambling account a button flashed up. "CANCEL WITHDRAWAL", that was on the main page, not in my account. But i tried my best to not fall for it, and i thought i could go into settings and put a limit on what i can play for, but that site didnt have that option, you had to contact customer support, but obviously the chat was closed at night.. So next day, i sign into my account again to see if my money was processed. They werent. So i decided to try to win some more. And i won an additional 400 euros! And i was soooo happy, because i had won back what i had lost earlier this week. Finally, with the winnings and the paycheck my saving account would be on 3500 euros!

But no.. I managed to gamble it all away just now. The 1k euros has just gone, and here im sitting feeling i want to cry.. because i fucked up.. again.

Now to my question, is there possible to ban myself from playing NetEnt games? If i recall correct, i have seen people say that in the Twitch chat when Kim is playing, but i might be wrong. I just need to stop gambling, but i dont know how. I need to stop before i sign up on a new casino trying to win the loss back. I need some help guys.. And im sorry for writing so much.

I belive you can..

However, one tip that has helped me when I won big and the cancel withdraw option is there , is to put yourself on a account cool down for a few days., Most sites should have this if they are following regulations, I don't think it is just a UK thing.

I have always used the option where i cant bet a certain amount for a month. But this site didnt have this option, but i was told later i could freeze my account untill withdrawal was done. When i asked for this on a different site earlier this year they said that i wouldnt be able to make a withdrawal if i froze my account, so i just assumed that was the standard rule and didnt bother to ask the new casino. Wish i did now, tho.
