Seems like your game crashed and didn't recover to play your spin/spins out. In those cases casino usually alerts the provider of the game or the platform, and they get it sorted, usually takes a bit of time.

Yes I waiting to fix the game off crashed more then 3 weeks after Leo Vegas got respond from provider about my bonus game been finished and credit been added manually to my acc ?? I so sand about it so ask now to approve me my bonus each spin with sreentable paid so now waiting again to send me screenshots ? hope will send me ??

Sometimes they have to "force close" the stuck bonus rounds. After that they credit you with whatever the bonus round paid, it might not be possible for you to see how the bonus played out but this is standard and legit practice in case something goes wrong. You will always think you might have to get paid out more but as you and me know, it's never guarantee that bonus will pay huge

I know it’s been huge win ?? when I done my 8 spins from 10 and the winning been 156£ with 2 spins left to play and game crashed. provider play

Have you got any screenshot of the win? That'd help greatly. Also if you know what you won, do argue with the support that the credited amount is not correct and that they should further investigate.

Not have any screenshots of the win before game crash,yes right I do argue with Leo Vegas to investigate this bonus round to show me approve me screenshots off the win round which been played by provider ?

Update Hello everyone need yuo advise to help me out about this bonus round  waiting 1 mouth to be investigated and still having problems with leo vegas support or provider to approval about bonus round  please take look and tell me whats happening here its so wrong going ?

Got screen resolution from provider but its not show me its been played 15 spins to the end so how its can close the game not finished my bonus round and the spins still missing in screen table ??
