Wildblaster parachute bonus

I was looking for a parachute bonus at casino ground and then I found Wildblaster casino. Its has his license in Curacao, so then I'm always extra careful, but since casino grounds promote it I think it should be ok. But at casinogrounds it says its a parachute bonus of max kr 5.000,-, with a max cashout of kr 50.000,-. but after enroll the casino I went to live chat and they say they dont know what a parachute bonus  it. Then I ask if its sticky or non sticky. They say its non sticky, but you always have to wager 35x before you can make a cashout. They have their own terms of a non sticky bonus she said. Can someone form Casinoground please check if its a parachute bonus or not? and if its not, please change that at bonuses at casino. Thank you all!
