First they cancelled my withdrawal saying that I need to withdrawal using my deposit method (which is fine). However I don't have the option to select credit card when making a withdrawal. I have talked to over 5 customer service team members saying they will forward it on to the team over the last few days but still nothing. Has anyone else had this problem? Link to comment
remi9ti Posted 6 November, 2019 Share Posted 6 November, 2019 Withdrawing with the same methos as per deposit is required by law. Did you use Mastercard? If so., most operators dont have the option to withdraw using mastercard - instead you are given the option to withdraw by banktransfer to the same bank that is linked to this Mastercard Link to comment

Habe you shown them the screenshot? This case can be easily solved by them in 20 minutes. Seems a bit odd Link to comment
