skrefs Posted 30 July, 2019 Share Posted 30 July, 2019 Hello, guys! So, yeah! I know all about the problems casinoes are having with Norwegian banks. I'm wondering if you guys know anything more then the agents working in customer service. They know...nothing. All they do is telling me how sorry they are and how frustrating this must be for me as a customer. What makes me even more furious is when they repeatedly tell me how sorry they are and they know how I feel. They don't. Its been over two months since I made the withdrawal from HighRoller, but still nothing. I had the same problem with Guts but after 4 weeks I finally got my money. So apparently there is some sort of solution to the problem? Why are HighRoller still having these problems? I just can't wrap my head around it. Link to comment
sirbuzzk Posted 30 July, 2019 Share Posted 30 July, 2019 I believe this is more or less happening for most Casinos with Norway. I would suggest getting Revolut (Pre-paid Mastercard) or Neteller/Skrill (eWallet) as I believe that is still working as normal Link to comment
Retrikkeri Posted 30 July, 2019 Share Posted 30 July, 2019 We have had these problems in Norway for several months now, many companies that had these problems, have fixed through a 3rd party, I remember Unibet was one of the first with these issues, but they fixed it. Several other bookies and casinos have also fixed it, but not all, can't give you any other advice than be patient, borring answer, but that is how it stands right now. I only use Skrill and Neteller, no issues there, I recommend everyone to use these companies. Link to comment
skrefs Posted 31 July, 2019 Author Share Posted 31 July, 2019 Im kinda done being patient. It has been over 2 months since my HighRoller withdrawal. The thing I find most frustrating is that other casinoes obviously have gotten the problem fixed. Why should it take so much longer for HighRoller? To me, that makes no sense. If the casinoes have so much trouble with Norwegian banks. Cant they just transfer the money back into customers casino accounts? Is the money I've withdrawn "locked" and can't be touched until the problem is fixed? If it's not locked they can transfer the money back and i can use Revolut etc. I have both Revolut and Neteller for future withdrawals. Link to comment
pausefisk Posted 31 July, 2019 Share Posted 31 July, 2019 I stopped using Neteller after they stopped supporting NOK as withdrawal currency some weeks ago. That means you loose around 10% of Your winnings. I'd prefere loosing 0% and the only way for that is bank withdrawal. Link to comment
skrefs Posted 31 July, 2019 Author Share Posted 31 July, 2019 There are at least a couple of casinos that don't seem to have this issue. I did a withdrawal at NordicBet two days ago and Betsafe yesterday. I've already gotten the money in my bank account. Withdrawal done with bank transfer. How they have resolved the issue I don't know. Link to comment
skrefs Posted 1 August, 2019 Author Share Posted 1 August, 2019 Highroller has transferred the money back to my Highroller account. Hopefully using other options I can get my money. Huge thanks to Skyline! Link to comment

How are they allowed to take so much? first u need to pay 6 euro for the withdrawl(thats fine) and then depending on the cashout over 100's of euro in fees, its disgusting Had a withdrawl in april 3500 euro. Got 3100 euro from skrill in my bank account. THATS theft Link to comment

Fees are next to non-existant for withdrawals that way Link to comment
LordRimley Posted 1 August, 2019 Share Posted 1 August, 2019 Wow. Ive used skrill for about 3 years, very satisified untill they changed currency etc on withdrawls. I'll get a mc asap thanks for advice!? Link to comment
skrefs Posted 1 August, 2019 Author Share Posted 1 August, 2019 Norwegian customers with DNB cant use Skrill or any other options to make withdrawal from Highroller. We have to buy a paysafe voucer. Make a deposit withe the voucher and then cashout. Getting this done and talking to customer service is taking me hours. Holy shit im furious! Especially since they first told me i could use Revolut. Make a deposit and then cashout. Guess what. It did not work! Holy shizzle.... Im done with Highroller. Finished, finito! Link to comment
JaZzEEE Posted 15 September, 2019 Share Posted 15 September, 2019 I'm having issues with CasinoGods, they can't do bank transfers.... So they suggested that I use Rapid Transfer via Skrill which doesn't work with DNB apparently. I've now transfered money to Skrill via bank transfer, to awoid the gambling question, to do a deposit on the site so CasinoGods can send the money to my Skrill. Does that work? Can I transfer the money from Skrill to DNB or do I need to get their MC to withdraw the money in an ATM? This is so frustrating... Link to comment
