At www.comeon.com for example, Quickspin provides BTG slots such as Final Countdown/Danger High Voltage, but Bonanza is provided by Microgaming, Donuts is provided by NYX. Same goes for many other providers/producers of slots, why is that? Link to comment

One is Microgaming's Quickfire, one is NYX and one is Relax. Casinos choose platforms based on many things, those are cost, jurisdiction and the reach of that platform. Slot providers then make deals with with the platforms, most likely looking at cost and reach of the slot. Hence BTG slots are available through Relax, Nyx & Quickfire which makes their slots really spread out throughout online casinos. I hope it makes sense This is at least to my knowledge..
