Stakelogic games (small warning)

Untill further notice I'd be just a little bit careful playing Stakelogic games or atleast record or watch it live. 

I was playing Book of Cleopatra and got a line with 2nd best symbol. 
Actually, at first I was like. Isn't that a winning line? Huh, maybe not. First time I play this game so maybe not.

Then I checked and indeed I had a winning line. Number 6 of the different lines you can have. 
Which is 2,1,1,1,2. 

Yes (I know you are going to ask) I was playing all lines, I checked and had autospins on. 

Was just small stakes so not the end of the world. Don't really care anyway since Calzone already killed me as a person. 
What is worse though is that when I tried to explain that I would like to see my winning rounds (and losing) between 22.55 and 23.05 they say they don't record. 
Obviously the chat agent isn't the sharpest knife and did not understand that recording is not what I requested so I have to send an email to them trying to explain that I would like to see my playing rounds (with a picture that shows how the setup was for each hand). 

I'm 90% sure I had a line of the blue guy. I leave a few percents chance of an error that I could have mixed something up but it's very unlikely.  Maybe record the gameplay if you are going to play Stakelogic games, just a tip. For now. 

To bad I had autospins on several slots at the same time so a bit more difficult to find now given that It took some time until I could check if it was a line and the other slots kept spinning.

I've had something like this happen to me too, don't remember the provider but still.. 

In the end they told me that it was a glitch in the graphics because I used autospins and there was a loss in data at some point.. Well that could be true or false will never know..
