Leo Vegas took my money?

So I had £2000 in my leovegas account from playing for about 5-6 hours of blackjack and I got signed out and then when I went to sign in it said I had £0 in my account? I didn’t play on anything and I went into a live chat and they said there is nothing they can do about it? What the fuck.

I'm assuming you tried relogging. Refreshing etc?

I can't imagine live help would just say they can't do anything. Did they say they would pass it to the relevant departments to look into?

Did they offer any explanation as to why the money disappeared?

Are your bets and wins showing in the transaction history?

Extremely weird, indeed. As DirtyStack said - check your playhistory and you deposit/withdrawal history too.

I assume you weren't drunk and playing with playmoney or something?  

Not trying to make light of your issue here! Just wondering if you have covered all possibilities/checking what the circumstances were last night..

LeoVegas surely wouldn't just take your money, that's what i firmly believe.

Well, since Calzone can do whatever they want without explaining, why can't LeoVegas?

Well. I am not the one hiding anything. 

Conclusive proof should be the reason that the casino wont even tell me why I am banned. Ridiculus. 

I dont know how much more proof anyone could get in case. 

The wont tell me, because that would force them to pay back 20-25.000€ which they of course rather keep to themselves. 

I am just saying to go back on topic. Why couldnt Leo steal money? I dont think they have in this case, of course not but if we imagine.

The casinos seem to be able to do what they want. They dont even have to tell you why. Steal money, Ban people. We can't tell you why. Now please gtfo is how they play things. 

That is conclusive proof for me that casino industry is a dirty pyramid game with criminal toppning.
