21prive withdrawal problems

I had a decent win on 21prive a week ago. Usually the Whitehat casinos payout next day to PayPal but I've not received mine yet and the only reply I get is that its with another department and wait for an email. 

I got an email the day after the win saying I was bonus banned from all Whitehat sites and I am thinking it's something to do with that. 

There was nothing unusual on how I played. I didn't go into bonus money. I just got a good win on Genie.

Anyone on here can help/know any reps?

White hat gaming are reputable for BANNING PEOPLE WHO TAKE BONUSES. be aware this group is pure filth, not every player has issues but typically new players who they say abuse the system. but they will pay out just they ban u from their sister sites.

(I'd personally complain to askgamblers then never play at WHG sites ever again)

Yet another White Hat Complaint. An unbelievable shit stain of a group of operators. One thing I will say though is that you should get your money and it could take up to 5 days as they sometimes send it back to a card rather than the e-wallet you deposited with.
