Slashfx77 Posted 15 May, 2019 Share Posted 15 May, 2019 Hi everyone. 03.05.19 i created an account on wishmaker and did my first deposit of 1000kr(100euro) after i filled in the credit card details and bank id it said "transaction cancelled" So i tried once more with the same amount, but i got the same message this time. "your transaction has been cancelled" Next day i check my bank account, and Wishmaker have charged me 2000 Nok, around 200 euro. When i contact them and ask why this happend, they tell me VISA will refund me within a few days. 7 days have passed, still haven't seen my money... I contact wishmaker support once more and ask why i haven't got my money back. I send them screenshots of my online bank reciepts, my bank account, my credit card which i made the deposit with. basically i send them everything they need. Next day they tell me that i need to send a PDF file from my online bank with all transactions from 03.05.19 to 12.05.19. I ask my bank to send me that, and they send me the file in CSV, not PDF. and for some weird reason this is a problem for Wishmaker. My bank can't send it in PDF, so i will never get my money back i guess.... -Wishmaker confirmed i made 2 deposits of 1000 NOK -i sent them all documents, reciepts, screenshots of bank details. -I have never used any money on the site. Feels like they make this extremely more difficult than it has to be. Right now i spendt 3 hours talking to the live support, and i've reached the conclusion that i will never see my money again.Wouldn't recommend anyone to use this site. Sorry for my English. Nicola Posted 15 May, 2019 Share Posted 15 May, 2019 This occasionally happens on VISA cards, especially when used in conjunction with Verified by VISA. It's not the casino holding on to your money, its the processor between your bank and the casino. In most cases the money is returned within 10 days, but sometimes if it is a international payment can take up to 14 days. Link to comment
Slashfx77 Posted 15 May, 2019 Author Share Posted 15 May, 2019 My money was on "hold" in my bank for 2 days. after that it clearly says wishmaker charged my account. I have never heard that refunds take more than 3-7 days, and on Friday it's been exactly 2 weeks since my deposits. Link to comment
Nicola Posted 16 May, 2019 Share Posted 16 May, 2019 If it shows on a printed bank statement (or you are 100% sure it is charged on your account and not pending) then you can telephone your bank and ask for the transaction code. You can then give this to the casino operator to start a trace. Mistakes do happen, sometimes a simple disconnect of a server while a transaction goes through can cause this. Link to comment
