Has anyone had experience of winning a judgement with them? I received a letter today upholding a complaint against Lucky Casino from 2017. They are now legally bound to pay me winnings that they nullified citing bonus terms when I played with a cash balance. The judgement appears to be binding for the value, do I contact the casino operator now to reclaim my money?

I've dealt with around 7 IBAS complaints on behalf of players so far this year, and 3 have been found for the player. My next step was to send an e-mail to the complaints address on the operator's site attaching the letter from IBAS giving them 14 days to pay. Failure to do so would result in contact from an e-gaming solicitor (in their country of operation).

If you live in the UK, you may have a new problem as Lucky have just announced they no longer deal with UK players and are winding down their licence.

It states that on the letter about them but their parent group have been made liable, Viral Interactive. I have emailed them so see what happens. Thanks for the input

Thanks. Unexpectedly I got an email this morning saying that they have paid the balance following the ruling and it should be with me in 24-72 hours....actually very surprised it was that easy!
