ameliajane1 Posted 12 October, 2018 Share Posted 12 October, 2018 Hey there, I’m basically trying to cashout on Rizk Casino, they are asking for two bank card details that I do not use anymore and proof of ownership with both of these cards (both cards I have lost and contacted my bank and got new cards) and I have contacted my bank both in store and over the phone and have told me that they cannot give me these details as they don’t exist? To which several people have told me they do! I’m so confused! Is there anyway around this? I don’t have any clue what to do? Link to comment
Nicola Posted 12 October, 2018 Share Posted 12 October, 2018 Are you in the UK? If so, go to the high street branch and ask for the letter for each card which confirms it has been cancelled. I had the same issue at Casumo and was resolved within a few days this way. Also, worth checking your old e-mails in case you have sent copies of the card(s) to other casinos. Link to comment
ameliajane1 Posted 12 October, 2018 Author Share Posted 12 October, 2018 Hi yeh I am indeed, I have done this and they have told me there is no such document, as well as I have been on the phone to the bank and they have told me the same thing, it’s really frustrating because I check my old statements and none have the old bank numbers on the statements only the sort code and account numbers?? King93 Posted 13 October, 2018 Share Posted 13 October, 2018 Hi Amelia, i had the same problem with a white hat casino, if the bank has told you that no such document exist (like they did with me at first) this is incorrect. The bsnk can indeed supply you with a letter stating both cards are lost, with card numbers etc on it, i bank with nationwide and its difficult to squeeze anything from them, but they did get me a letter stating both cards was cancelled, if you tell them you need it for money being paid in they'll bend over backwards to get it done. JockeMedKniven Posted 13 October, 2018 Share Posted 13 October, 2018 I had the exact same problem, I reported it to the support and they asked me to send in all my documents again and proof of ownership of the new bank account. Contacted my bank and they gave me all the documents I needed, 2 days later I got my winnings. This was also on Rizk, I hope it will get sorted out for you. Link to comment
ameliajane1 Posted 13 October, 2018 Author Share Posted 13 October, 2018 Thank you both, I have spoken to live chat on Rizk Casino so many times now, I’ve re sent my documents in and they have told me just a statement with me withdrawal from the casino will be fine on my statements it only shows account number and sort code, I don’t understand why my bank ( which by the way is Barclays) is being so difficult?
