Slots Magic, AskGamblers. Frustrated...

Hey everyone!

Im gonna try to cut this as short as possible.

On saturday the 21st i made a account at Slots Magic casino. I deposited, played, and lost. After this i found out they are on the SkillOnNet platform and i checked AskGamblers who else was on this platform. Play Ojo is on there, and i remember i used to play there. So i tried to sign in on my Play Ojo account to see how i was doing there but i got a error message. Then i remember i self excluded from there last year. So i thought it was a little bit weird that i could play on their sistersite because some casinos dont allow that when you're self excluded from a other casino on the same platform. The chat told me that any account made on other sites on the SkillOnNet platform would be closed is this were to happen.

Then i thought about it. If i won on Slots Magic, they would probably deny the withdrawal because of the self exclusion on Play Ojo. So for this to be fair, i asked for a refund. They decline this. I tell them that i have a active self exclusion on Play Ojo and that my account should have been deleted upon registration. Then they proceed to say that i only made the self exlusion for 180 days and the self exclusion was removed december 2017 but they "automatically didnt lift it" and thats the reason i cant sign in on Play Ojo. Note that they confirmed that i have an active self exclusion before the requested refund. They dont even have a option to self exclude for 180 days.

Anyways, i wanted to take this case further and made a complaint on AskGamblers. The first complaint got rejected for two reasons:

- a clear copy and/or screenshot of your active self exclusion agreement where the name of the casino, the period of the exclusion as well as the date when it was signed is clearly visible;

- a copy and/or screenshot of the registered names, address and email which you used for the purpose of the registration process in all aforementioned casino/s.

 

The first one was fine as i had more screenshots and sent these in the second complaint. I asked customer support what they mean by screenshot of names/adress/email as its impossible to get this from Play Ojo as im self excluded. They reply but they dont tell me what to do. So i make a second complaint with more screenshots. Today it got rejected again.

I dont get what im doing wrong here? I have provided screenshots where the live chat support confirms that im self excluded and the date of it.

Does anyone have an idea what to do here? Do i actually have a case or should i forget about it?

What I think they asked for, is that you provide them with address / name you used when registering to the casino. Simplest way would be to scan your ID card and mail it over. You don't really need to access account at PlayOJO to do so :)

Maybe this have nothing to do with your situation, just a little. 

I self excluded myself from a skillonnet site (SimbaGames) i lost and lost and... So got frustrated and self excluded myself. 

After some time, after being lucky on other sites i found some great bonus offer on a site called (clemens spillehal) also a skillonnet site. And it went very well, i withdrawed a bit more than i lost on SimbaGames.dk. So i choose on a period of a few months to give my luck a try on all skillonnet sites avalible in Denmark 8 in total. And in 6 of them i got in plus. Never had any problem with withdrawel, sometimes the money came within a few hours. 

They must be using the same database because i had to make a different username on each site, but could use the same email and credit card. 

And just checked i am still excluded from SimbaGames.dk (more than a year now) 

So for me skillonnet has always been fair and the one that been paying the most, against all odds i am in plus 30000 kr. I even once broke the bonus rules, i did by mistake make a 200 kr

Bet, and Max bet was 50 kr. When i contacted the support, they were ok with it as long as it did not happen again.
