I lost the cash balance pretty quick and was down to like €50 bonus money when I started to hit big. I won and grinded out the 40x wagering ending with €1850. Then it all got converted to €200... Atleast the signup bonus gave 5x but with this you just feel robbed. Just be careful when you accept the bonuses. Link to comment

General tip on those is to play with very low stake as the balance will always be minimum 1x on conversion. I have notifed Ovo about this and they will look into it. Link to comment

I know OVO is planning to open up for players from Norway, and i have been waiting for it, as they seem to have many cool slots (from @LetsGiveItASpin streams). But if I understand the terms correctly, no matter how you end up with the bonus balance, you will be credited the bonus amount anyway (considering you beat the wagering)? As far as I can see, the only thing you can gain by the bonus "parachute" is the possibility to get your deposited cash back, but nothing more. I mean, it is for sure better than nothing, but it also feels a bit useless gambling if you can not win. We are in it, to win it, right? There are many other casinos out there that has the same bonus offers but only require 1x wagering, and no withdrawal limit. Firstly , we hope to open up Norway soon. We will notify you should we do so. With regards our bonuses , we can of course see your concern and that is why we do have some bonuses with bigger max capping. This being said, I will tell you one major advantage of a x1 bonus. If you were to convert your bonus, and your bonus balance would be below your bonus money awarded , we would round that up for you. Sounds confusing ? Let me explain with an example . Lets say you were to get a €200 bonus with 40x WR and x 1 cap. This is what would happen. Examples with €200 in bonus awarded. In this case you have €8,000 to wager. Unlike some other casinos we do not limit bet size from bonus money. Now lets say you have only a few euros left to wager , but your bonus balance is at €25 - once you fulfil your wagering , we will round up your balance to €200 , even if your balance was €0.20 . Of course the flip side to this , is that if you balance is €300 , we would round it down to €200. We believe this gives the advantage t the player. I do think that it is nice to round up to the bonus amount even if you're down to even nothing when the wagering is done. However, as a player where you in general have the odds against you by playing slots, you always hunt for the BIG WIN. If big wins was not possible to get in slots, i doubt that many players would gamble. I just can't imagine that feeling, hitting HUGE for once, but not beeing able to cash out that win. That must be a nightmare. I think that feeling is 1000x times worse, and does not make up for that feeling getting your deposited bonus back (in best case). That beeing said, i still find the bonuses that most casinos hand out very generous. I do also know that most casinos makes a lot of money and will most likely always be the winner in the end. We gamle with our money, and the casino kind of gamle with their profit when giving out bonuses, but the gamble should be a gamble for both of us, and the way i belive OVOcasino bonuses works, it doesnt really seem to be a gamble from your side. After I finished wagering (ended up to 1500 euros) the original bonus amount (112.5 euros) converts to real money. Your goal is simply to finish wagering without going bust . You shouldn't be playing slots with big potential / high volatility . You definitely need to win at some point but think 100x wins rather than 1000x wins . Check the rtp and go for the highest rtp slots you can find . with low or medium volatility . This is one of the rare times that slot playing can actually require some "skill" as in selecting appropriate slots to play depending on your balance and amount of wagering left Link to comment
