sharpe1 Posted 21 June, 2018 Share Posted 21 June, 2018 Hello Registered on a new site and managed to finish wagering,and sent in documents to identify myself,i always used my VISA card as ID card,and all sites like leo/guts/videoslots and so no has accepted it. I do not have a driver license or passport since i never travel anywhere,but now this new casino request that i do need a passport or driver license as ID card. There is no way around it they say,are they correct? I have played on mor than 50 casinos and they all usualy have the same terms when it comes to this,but for some reason this casino do not accept it. So im stuck since there is more than 1 1/2 month to wait for a passport in norway at the moment,and it costs as well.. SO basically have to wait 2 months in order to cash out the winnings if i were to get a passport that i would never use for anything As far as i know VISA is accepted as ID card since norway do not yet have a official ID card. Is there anything i can do? No idea why this casino is beeing so difficult,it has the MGA license and so on. Link to comment

Dont think there was anything else in the terms beside the usual stuff that all casinos have. But they claimed that they operate differently than other casinos. I have not read all the terms,which i probably should. Just thought that it would be the same there as all others. Since i have played at so many casinos,i find it a bit odd that this casino would be so much different Link to comment

We used to have the same in Denmark, but thats a while ago.. Btw this is a new casino from the Cadell group fyi.. Link to comment

I guess you are right,damnit,gonna take a couple of months. Its "only" 950 euro to withdraw. From a 270 euro deposit. Ah if its cadell group,the i know why they are so difficult,hear complaint about that group all the time. Although i hear that people usually dont have to confirm ID when its kinda small withdrawals and first deposit. but clearly i have to never lucky haha Link to comment

I had to get a passport which I managed within 24 hours by paying a expedited fee. This might be available in your country too, but be prepared to wait in a crowded room for 6 hours as they make it I have a contact at Dream Vegas and a affiliate manager so message if me if you have any troubles and I'll see what I can do.
