Leovegas = A discgrace!

Made a thread about my leovegas experience a while ago.

Took a self imposed 6 month "break" off leovegas the past week. Not because of gambling problems, but because the praised customer service is actually really poor. No, I'm not talking about the pleasant language.

 

Two deposit bonuses in a year. A thousand in the hole this year alone (roughly estimated), I ask for a deposit bonus and I get "no". A pleasant no. I just replied I'll take my money elsewhere. Disgraceful.

Most of you who don't get bonuses probably live in a country where they don't run any promotions. This is also the case with me (Slovenia). I've did a query and CS on LeoVegas said that they'll look into my bonuses / FS promotions because I told them I get no bonuses or FS at all. After few days, they contacted me that unfortunately, they don't run any promotions for my country. And that's alright. Many other casinos don't offer bonuses as well due to my country of residence. But with Kim's stream that has changed as I got some deposit / no deposit bonuses and also FS, so thumbs up for them

I too feel that the loyalty/bonus scheme needs to be revamped. It does not look into personal circumstances enough just a general level lucky free for all. I have reached level 30+ but have seen very little. Could be better LV. On the plus side, withdrawals are quicker than other casinos and less fuss with the preferred withdrawing method i use.

Can't find the post editing button so I can't edit my post, but I'd assume Finland and Scandinavia are supposed to get bonuses.

When it comes to bonus Leo has thumbs up from me. They provide bonuses 2 times a week, deposit bonuses and free spins. When it comes to winning LEO has thumbs down. I've played in many years, the only thing I've managed to take out it's 600 euro :(. That is bad. I've reached level 33

I play on Leo regularly und been a VIP since lvl 20. Deposited often, mostly about 100-200€ per deposit. I ggot contacted by my VIP manager ONCE and that was to tell me that I am now a VIP. No more contact, gifts whatsoever. I am up thousands in Leo, so it doesn't seem to depend on whether you are a winning or loosing playing. Moreover, casinos in general tend to be greedy rewarding loyal players. Aside from that I can't complain, withdrawals (including bank transfer) are always completed within 3 hours during working days. 

 

What I think is way more important: you are talking about gambling being the only thing in your life, "your family". There are so many better things than gambling. Do sports, go out, Mett some friends, dating... But you probably know that, don't you?

@Spieler  If you had deposited €5000 and lost it in one hour..... I am pretty sure they would offer you some nice goodwill bonus around the amounts you would be expecting..... But sir, if you deposit €500 and win €5000, then loose them....well , you have not "lost €5000". You have thrown away a €5000 win that would make your stats way better with Leovegas. But you have lost €500.....   I applogize in advance if I missunderstood anything, and I don´t know how much you actually deposited on this occasion, neither do I know during how long time you have lost these 15k.....

LeoVegas support according to me is easily amongst top 10 on the market, as a casino it´s probable one of the best with one downside, the loyaltyprogram as has already been mentioned by others and is being worked on. Please note that I do not stream for this casino neither promote them in any other way, but I would gladly recommend it to any casinoenthusiast who have not tried them out

I got an answer in PM from Tobias soon to be 2 weeks ago saying he would get his swedish co-workers on it and get back to me a.s.a.p to my email registrered on leovegas. 

Almost two weeks have passed, not a single word in my email. 
Anyway, got some other great news so I don't really mind, still a response when you are being promised one is something you expect? 

Second, been loosing some 2-3.000 euros on leovegas within the last week, asked for a match deposit bonus on 500 euro. 
Deposit 500 euro, play with 1.000 euro. 

Got an answer that I have an 50% bonus up to 150€ I can use. Seriously. I am not interested in peanut money.
Is storspelare.com the only place for us mid/high rollers? 

I do like leovegas, but It can be so much better. That is what makes me a bit sad. Potential is there but they need to work on some areas for sure.

Got to disagree, I won £4k odd the other week, requested withdraw, processed within 1 hour and received money very quickly

I won 5.2k euros in one hour yesterday so I went on live chat and offered the casino 200-300 euros as compensation for their loss

Obv not true but really if they don't reward you enough then don't play there obviously but calling them out as a disgrace is not cool when there are plenty of online casinos which truly deserve that label

Imo any casino which is trustworthy and pays out winnings quickly and has decent customer service - Well that's a casino I am glad to see in business . Of course , bonuses and loyalty rewards are important but they are the casino's choice to offer them or not

What I mean is that If I would have lost at two of the other sites I am a regular at I would instantly gotten 520€ in loyalty bonus and yes, that might be little bit higher than normal, however I think 200-300 euros is pretty normal after loosing 5.200€ within 1-2 hours.

How much do they earn from me if I dont play there? 0?

Loyalty bonuses is something I in 99 out of 100 times loss back to the casino but atleast those bonuses shows that they care about their players a little bit.

Omgosh hey I am facing the exact same problem as you. I am currently VIP level 53 and there are several things that I am concerned about this casino. 

1. Like what you mentioned above. Every time after I cash out, I start losing every spin. My friend signed up at leovegeas, she noticed this as well. 

2. After I lose I always ask for good will bonus to just kill time, they only give 50-100$ most of the time. When I got to level 52 they finally gave me a personal VIP manager and I could contact him for more bonuses but when ever I email him, he needs at least two days to reply back my email. 

I only cashed out once and it was 1500 Canadian,  but I only got 1300 Canadian, because of exchange rate.

I agree. Not a good site for me neither. Joined around 7 months ago, Played every couple of days on the site. Just today deposit around £150, never won much off the site and never made a withdrawal, I had same problem on Rizk casino never made a withdrawal and lost count how many deposits I made. I shut Rizk down because of that reason. Never asked for a bonus off them but think I will ask them.....!  I will let you know how I get on ! 

I seem to get more luck on better known casinos ( energy, Unibet, Vera and John and Multilotto get a thumbs up from me)

I asked for a bonus and to my surprise I was granted £50 what sumwhat has taken the sting out of my tail. Good customer service on their part. Happy with £50

Did u ever get an email to say anything about proving your income after losing so much money?

becuse i only deposited a little and won a big amount and was then contacted to prove my income to withdraw my cash?!?! I dont get it they say its to safe guard but seems like they just safe grading the money they think they can 

find something to keep the cash what a joke they just intrested when u winning to stall you but not when u losing non stop crappy leovegas

Do you get bonusoffers/freespins etc for playing on LEO? Because I play alot on Casumo and it seems like they stopped with giving out freespins, I don't care so much about it but sometimes it would be nice with 10-25 freespins even if it's €1.
