Leovegas = A discgrace!

Hello!

I just want to share the real face of Leovegas and not the fake feeling you get by watching Kim's stream when they all feel so helpful and gently. Like "We'll do anything for you". Complete utter bogus. 

First of all, I am quite high in VIP-level. Not real high, but decent. 40+
I always play pretty high stakes, 5 euro+ bet size up to 100 euros per spin. 

Facts on Leovegas for me: 
I am down over 15k euro since start, close to 20k euro in losses. 
I am a loosing player. 
I have only had 1 win around 1.000X and I have had extreme amounts of spins. Dead site? Never seen anything like it. Yes I am chasing losses on the sites I am down at. Yes I am stupid. 

So, why is Leovegas so bad though?
Their Loyalty program for players. 

Last night I won 5.200 euro by playing a game that I like, a slot. 
Of course, as I am gambler I always strive higher. So I lost the 5.200 euro which is about 2 months salary for me. 
The problem is not the money. The problem is the treatment. 

So in general, after I loose money I always ask for some goodwill or loyalty bonus. 
If this was on one of the three other sites that I play on (don't want to write them down and make advert) I would have gotten at least 200 euros in goodwill. Most likely somewhere around 200-500 euro depending on site. 

I lost 5.200 euro in 1 HOUR, 1 hour. Yes 1 Hour and I asked Leovegas, what can you offer me as a comfort bonus or whatever? 
Leovegas offered me an fantastic 30 euro free-bet. 

I swear to god I have been laughing all day, even though sad over the loss. 
This is a disgrace and Leovegas should be embarresed by themself. 

I can't believe Kim is making advertising for this casino, It's unbelievable. 
But I guess money talks..

Hmmm I must say that my personal experience from leovegas is good overall.

I personally deposit around 500 euros per month (sometimes more and sometimes less) and at the moment Im VIP lvl 29 and soon level 30 (21 % to go). I have too asked couple times a deposit bonus from live chat and never got it but still I think leovegas is my choise of casino at the moment. And yes Im too playing in multiple casinos.

Reason for why I like leovegas is that when I started playing which is about 2 months ago they approved my documents in 25 minutes! And every withdrawal I have made I have got next day in my bank account! Every single time they have approved my withdrawals in matter of hours and money is alway next day in my bank account! 

Of course it would be nice to get deposit bonuses atleast when you have lost so much money but personally I prefer that casino is trustworthty and leovegas is that atleast for me.

And yes I think that they should improve their loyalty program and I think they are currently doing it. Leovegas Tobias have started a topic in casingrounds where they take suggestions to improve this!

This is just my statement. I like this casino very much.

Yes, the cashouts are fast. That I have to give them. 
Yes I do trust them. 

But losing 5.200 euros in 1 hour, that makes you really sad and angry. 
And offering 30 euro freebet, well that is like they could spit in my face instead. 

It's a joke, and with those words I believe in my opinion that I am being to nice. 

I am disgusted, both from myself and from the casino. 
If I were Leovegas, I would hand out like 2-400 euros in a heartbeat, seriously. 
You have a player that is 1. Losing, 2. Playing High, 3. Barely cashing out, 4. Down like 20k euros. 

And they fight about change-money, can greedy-ness become anymore clear than this? 
I am simply amazed how they are thinking. Simply disgusted.

Same for me depositing and playing everyday on leovegas vip lvl 34 and i NEVER EVER got a single bonus deposit even not on mail or a sms the only free spins i got is from twitch leovegas admins. im pretty at low stakes but every day 50€ deposit it is something... i will say the whitdrawals are really nice but vip lvl rewarding and getting something from that SUCKS!

For the reasons mentioned, I have stopped asking for comps. They are more often than not an insult (and I don't play at Leovegas so the same applies at other Casinos).

Wait till you are in a winning position at a Casino. Strangely enough your VIP manager will contact you with gifts as an enticement to play your profit back.

I have just changed from another casino to Leo Vegas. Been a customer for 1 week now and it has been a VERY bad week.

I have deposited a lot and no cashouts. And every single time I deposit the payments do not show. The so called support has not answered my requests. 

I have been gambling big for several years and wanted to try out a new casino. Leo Vegas looked like a god choice. But I think I will change to another casino. They do not deserve me as a customer.

Just as Spieler I feel stupid and mislead by LeoVegas. I would like to warn other players to play there.

This is the only casino where I have never made a cash-out since opening (three years ago). Level 43 and have set a deposit limit of £1 so I can't be tempted to ever deposit at Leo again.

Regarding the fact that you say you are chasing your losses I strongly encourage you too use one or more of our responsible gambling tools to ensure you play at a level you are comfortable with.


I do need to point out that I do not recognize most of your accusations at all and that the feedback I normally get is the exact opposite.

I would say LeoVegas is by far one of the most lenient casinos in terms of showing good faith that benefits the player when possible.
Specifically thinking of players breaching T&Cs and still getting the benefit of the doubt (and their cash). Most commonly regarding the 5 € max bet on bonus money.

It appears that most negative feedback is regarding bonuses and promotions. There is a lot of people claiming never to receive anything, however as late as last week we credited 100 free spins each to about 700 players related to Kim/the stream.
We also have a very fair bonus structure, where you real money never is "locked in" with the bonus, and as long as you play cash you can always withdraw.

My personal experience from LeoVegas is that they are one of the most leading brands regarding customer support and fast withdrawals. I have never had any hassle with withdrawals and such, but I have not played there as much as other people has. I think that it is one of the better sites out there. I personally give them a thumbs up!

I'm not going to take sides on this topic either way. But common sense would tell us that if a online casinos take is only around 3 to 5% margin. On 5000 euro that is only 150 to 250 euro profit. For the casino.  Then someone wants a comp bonus after losing so much. If they had gave 400 euro bonus.  That gives them an expected 150 euro loss. Not many casino operations could stay in business Long doing that. 

I'm a player also, I have chased losses to. So I know where you are coming from.  It sucks I know first hand.  But a casino is a business.  They have to make a profit to stay in business.  Gambling is entertainment to me. I would starve if I tried to make a living gambling. 

Every one of us are different.  We're not all going to like the same casino,  slots or anything else in life for that matter.  

If you like to watch kim s  streams doesn't mean that you have to play at Leo vegas. It's just the fact that a group of people will get a little better bonuses as a group than say an individual would.

Everyone has their opinions about different sites and there's always going to be people hate some sites while others love. LeoVegas is the only site i am well up on (screenshots to prove for the doubters) and i get more offers from there than most sites like free spins without making a deposit, i some nice sports offers recently where my odds was boosted, but videoslots I lose always and never get anything from them. Leo's customer support is one of the best around imo. remember there not their to reimburse you losses everyone has had shit runs in playing theres a good side when you win alot and shit side when you lose more then you should, that being said remember when you walk into a real casino and lose the last thing you do is ask for money back just doesnt happen..

Not really right to say they are a scam, all casinos have plus points and minuses are they perfect no but they have a thread on this very forum asking for suggestions which they are trying to engage the player and improve things.

• won money, but then lost it all again
• don't get free money / bonuses when you ask for it, just because you feel you should be treated better than others because you lost. (Do you think you're the only one lost money?)

If you don't like LeoVegas because you loose there, keep it for yourselfe. I can't really see you have been treated unfairly in any way, so there is no need for you to act like it either. If you dont like their "loyalty players treatment" just play somewhere else, but IMO it's not their treament that is embarrassing, it's how you react to it.

It's no secret that they do need a better loyalty program, they are working on it.

I think your hate for the site goes beyond that though, a case of you have lost more than you can afford and need someone to blame but yourself.

They don't force you to deposit, gamble or lose. All games are rigged, that's why they only pay back 96% or so. 

My advice to you is to take a step back from gambling and re-evaluate what it is to you. If you don't then it will become problematic for you.

Having a gamble is meant to be fun, if it makes you angry, causes stress, etc, you are going beyond limits.

I'd love to have 5k in my pocket right now, I could do a lot with that amount of money.

I have been playing for 9 years.

Prob at over 30 casinos. I can only compare their loyalty program with others.

What I mean is that If I would have lost at two of the other sites I am a regular at I would instantly gotten 520€ in loyalty bonus and yes, that might be little bit higher than normal, however I think 200-300 euros is pretty normal after loosing 5.200€ within 1-2 hours. 

Its also funny how I started losing exactly every spin after cashout, but hey why would something involving money be rigged. 

All I am saying is that I compare to other sites and with that this is a joke.

Other than their loyalty program Leo is quite nice. Good selection of slots, fast cashouts, trustworthy.

It is up to Leovegas, how much money do they earn on me every year? 10k euro? 

How much do they earn from me if I dont play there? 0?

Loyalty bonuses is something I in 99 out of 100 times loss back to the casino but atleast those bonuses shows that they care about their players a little bit.

For example: I lost 30.000€ in 48 hours some years ago. 

When I asked for something in bonus way that particular site gave me 1.5k euro which is atleast something. 5% of the loss. 

Of course I know that you loose in the long run. I am probably the one who have lost most money in this forum so you dont have to teach me about losing. But I dont have much in life, gambling is my family.

What I am trying to tell you that If a player lose such a huge amount in 1 hour, would it kill the casino to actually show a little something?

Still says in the website: Winner to be announced the 14th..

Don't set a date to announce a Winner if they can't keep it.

And dont blame Easter, its not like Easter came as a surprise in the calender. 

Anyway, Leo has a bit to work on..

i feel the same way regarding LeoVegas.

As i Live on Malta, which is not a focus market (for obvious reasons) for LeoVegas, i am not allowed to even have bonuses.

i've spent a nice lump of money, but quickly stopped when i found out that i was never to get any free bonuses.

The only casino who is actually decent, and where you get the feeling that the people on the other side of the screen are human is Videoslots.com for me.

Leo is actually one of the casinos i never have a problem with!  Get regular bonusoffers, and quick withdraw..
