Report Casimba and Cadell group for a full investiagtion for MGA license. I need as much people who have an experience with the Cadell groups

Ive had enough of the Cadell casinos who

1. Ban people for bonus abusing when they are clearly not doing it.

2. Confiscating winnings cause of breaches. Terms and regulations wich are almost impossible to follow

3. Closed and banned accounts cause of players who wins/other reasons

4. Support team and stalling payments for winnings.

5. No intent to honor their customers.

6. Ethics and morale lacking buisness model.

I had a bad experience myself with the Cadell group and this propelled me when i investigated more similiar experiences of other players.

My story goes like this.

: I´m working as an affiliate and planned a bigwin video promotion for diffrent Casinos, Anyhow Casimba fell under my attention. Notice i run a production studio/ marketing buisness. 

I deposit 16700,- and got a bonus added 33300,-  Altogether 50.000 Nok. This had to be wagered  x35 times with a 50 Nok maxbet. To wager this completely u need to do 1.750.000 Clicks since most of the slot you cant do autospinns (netent slots) Imagine you do this many spins there are bound to be missklick wich i made. I remember i made a missklick on Dead or Alive and bloodsuckers. 

This lead to i completed the wager and ended on a 220.000 Nok. I talked to the customer support and they upgraded me to VIP cause of the winnings. I tried to cash out the winnings and it took them 4-5 days to process this. After the 4-5 days they locked my account and confiscated the winnings cause of breach. When i talked to to the support they said that the decision is made and can not be undone. Anyhow after back and forth with a very rude Mailsupport they send me to the relevant department wich would take 7-10 days to process. And they offer me 20.000,- Nok if i stoped what i was doing. I accepted - imagine after 2 weeks of back and forth with zero response and rude Mail support. I´m making that breach now that i accepted the cash offer to shut me up, cause i see more and more people get into this trouble with Cadell groups. They are offering bonuses for recruting people and then they are using their terms and regulations for then ban/confiscating them if any winning is made watch regulation 2.1.

So there is a planned case going for the Cadell group casinos. They have a zero tolerance for abuse, fraud, taking fair advatage of them or/other suspicious activity. Well news for Cadell groups! they are to ones who Abuse, making frauds and taking unfair advantage of customers and affiliates and have suspicious activity. 

So ive contacted a dear friend of mine that works with investigate companys that are doing dirty buisness, a high respected journalist. She did a little digging and accepted and wanted to work with this case. Anyhow we want to have contact with any who had a experience with Cadell group for all the reasons above. 

Remember we do not this for the purpose of getting any winnings back or hope for getting money of any kind. 

We are doing this for expose this particular group and their intentions. 

MGA stands for Responsibility, Respect, Fairness, Honesty, proffesional competence, due care and communication.

The cadell group should not have a license in MGA running like this.

I had the nerve to win at one of their casinos and they first told me I couldn't get any more bonuses on any of their sites, then banned me from all skins, refused to pay out. They said I had been abusing the system by signing up for deposit bonuses at all of their skins. 

What a joke these guys are. They are telling me I'm in breach of THEIR conditions even though THEY are the ones who opened all the skins and accepted and verified all of my accounts before I started playing

It's standard casino practice IMHO - your money is golden when being deposited and toxic when you try to withdraw

They offered me a few bonuses had a few wins cashouts then get email stating i broke the bonus rules and i wouldnt receive any more offers but they didnt ban me.

 

I play elsewhere now where ive had no problems.
