[RESOLVED] Calzone representative?

Anyone good here with casinocalzone support?

Long story I have had my account a while now almost a year and I have verified every document but my e-wallet (skrill) surely that's 1 of the most easiest document to verify? 

I've sent in 9 different screenshots and all have been rejected even the live CS Chat agree's with me that the screenshots are not too poor quality and even putting a note on my account as to why it gets rejected even tho its s till being rejected......

I know I'm sending in the correct documents page because 30 other casinos have verified my skrill with out no problems what so ever.

are they being picky? I don't have a pending withdrawal, they fail to notify me of any documents that get rejected... all they say is take a new picture and upload and wait another 24 hours.

I deposit 99% via skrill have used for years I'm a gold member because I deposit thousands gonna give up soon with this casino........

Also I've sent in clearer images, zoomed images cropped pictures of just the address phone number and verified etc still all getting rejected.

Why do you put up with this shit?

If I was in your shoes and they didn't have any of my cash I would  just send them an email asking for your account to be closed because they are unable to verify your skrill despite going to great lengths to do so.

If they are worthy of your custom they'll sort it. If they don't then what have you lost?

It's part of the MT secure trade platform If I close my account it closes them all on other sites. guts, rizk etc I just won't deposit anymore + set loss limit per month so I can't deposit. its beyond a joke I've sent in just pretty normal screenshots which are good to see they just must be blind.

I played on casino calzone, A great casino and managed a cashout first time around.

They rejected my bank statement as my staements are on line and not paper, I sent another that got rejected so i have stopped playing there.

If theres any chance i might win and not get paid im not playing....been there before.

I'll just play at casinos I'm verified at I'm up at my major casinos that I play at Guts/casumo/videoslots calzone was just a little sideline casino nothing special. all  the games calzone have the others have also so yeah not too fussed was more pissed @ getting rejected tbh many times lol 

let's wait and see....

@themagics92 hi there magics i have read your post and it sounds like very bad customer service on calzone's end. After what you have done.

Options- 1-go higher and put in a serious complaint.

2-block yourself thare and play on the other casino's you are registered with. Although i have a feeling you do not want to do that. And why should you.

3- the streamers on casinogrounds, im sure nick slots streamed from calzone, not 100% although he may have changed to casumo.

But if he does still stream from calzone private message nick and ask him to contact calzone to see if he can help in any way. 

4- try and find out if anybody overall streams from calzone that are connected to casinogrounds.

If so private message them with your username and they may be able to help push your problem through.

To try and see who does stream from calzone private message one of the administrators on the site, -skylined87, Andreas, Nick slots. You will find out between those 3 people who on casinogrounds streams or promotes calzone. 

And then take it from thare. Because the people who are connected with calzone will have people they no at that casino who may be able to help.

Try and find a way in majics if there is one here on casinogrounds. If calzone are not linked to the site in anyway then all you can do is keep trying.

And hope you get someone that can get your documents verified and into there systems at calzone.

cheers for reply Craig, i'm up like £500 on cal-zone nothing major, but do they have many players as videoslots casumo guts? rizk and major casinos? no they should be doing everything they can to verify players and come up with solutions and not just reject my documents without even telling me....

I signed up through @Nickslots I don't want to pester him each time I have a problem as I don't play there regular because of things like this and other people's opinion on the site.

on these casinos customer support should be #1 key they should take note from Casumo friendly knowledgeable and fast / helpful.

I won't block from calzone as its MT secure trade LTD and I play at others so it'll close my account I'll just set a poor deposit limit and loss limit so I'm not tempted to play there.

Your total deposits are £1025.00 and total withdrawals £1523.00

Soon as I mention casinogrounds (this link I think they went and approved of it ASAP and come up with an excuse although she did give me 20 free spins for any inconvenience.

@themagics92 its amazing how things work. Just like that you are verified. Im pleased that has happened.

It saves any more back and forward back and forward. Frustration etc etc. I understand you not wanting to bother nick slots. 

But people like nick are here to help in which way they can. I had a feeling he played at calzone on stream but i wasnt 100 percent. 

If your problem persisted i would have messaged nick for you if you gave me the go ahead to do it. I would just send him a pleasant little private message asking for help.

Overall its good that things have cleared up and you are verified. 

You never no nick may have read your post and had a word with calzone to try and sort the issue you had. 

Good idea putting a low limit on calzone. And lastly its nice to see your in profit land with them.

I have the same problem waiting 4 days now to get verified and getting so crazy. Look at this mess. 5 methods are verified and still asking me for a address of a withdrawal of 1300 euro i have never asked for? I have requested 5000, 3500 and 80,80 in total but no 1300 euro. They dont respond to my email they dont let you know the document is rejected nothing! I am chatting now with support for almost one hour to get a anwser about what i need to do again to get verification...
